i recently sold my 2007 prius and leased a beautiful new prius at hamer toyota. i
absolutely love this car and was really knocked out by the service i received from
Nilo Ortiz and Matt Morente.

I felt comfortable working with them right away. They treated me like family and
did everything they could to get me the best deal possible. It's really nice to brag
about my car salesmen (and i do)

i am so happy driving my new prius and i had a really great experience with
nilo and matt.

My parents purchased all 5 of their previous toyota cars from Nilo, and he was a very gracious and non-salesmen like to them, thats why they keep coming to see Nilo. It was my first time buying a car for myself and I was interested in the 2012 Prius 4, luckily when we got there early on a sunday morning there was only 1 model left in that trim.

BUYING A CAR IS A TOUGH THING TO DO...SO MANY HASSLES...BUT FOR THE FIRST TIME, THOSE NEGATIVE THINGS DID NOT HAPPEN TO ME IN HAMMER TOYOTA MISSION HILLS. CAR BUYING WAS EASY IN THIS BRANCH AND GREAT PRICE WAS GIVEN TO ME WITH THE HELP OF MR. NILO ORTIZ...I'LL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS TEAM TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

My Review of Hamer Toyota Scion:
Ms. Marylou Santiago and Mr. Nilo Ortiz made my buying experience much more wonderful than my previous one with another car dealership. Granted, I've only bought one other car before, but this experience definitely tops that. They've made everything simple, quick and, dare I say, fun! They were able to answer all my questions, explain everything in detail and help me get a deal that I couldn't just say 'no' to.

I especially liked the way they treat you as if you've known them forever. This is something that I don't think any other dealership inherently have, much less, care for. I definitely would be coming back here just because of Ms. Marylou and Mr. Nilo.

If I were to rate them from 1 to 5, I would, hands-down, give them a 10 (yeah, they're that great)! I would definitely recommend them to others.

My Review of Hamer Toyota Scion:
Nilo has been exceptionally great throughout my decision making of purchasing a new car. He answered every question I had, called other dealers to see if they had other prius color options, and he made the whole process go exceptionally smooth! This is the third time my family and I have purchased a car through Nilo because he has such great customer service and he always goes out of his way to please us. Nilo seems to work with the concept "paycheck from the heart" because he is so courteous, friendly, outgoing, and a hard worker.
Thank you Nilo for spending that extra time with me during my decision making and thank you for not being the "pushy sales guy." You are an asset to toyota and I hope they know that!
