My Review of The Autobarn Subaru of Countryside:
We bought the car through the Costco program. Noelle was very helpful, answering all of our questions and not being pushy. We did not hear the dread "Are you going to buy a car today?" until near the end of the process, by which time we had already decided that we were going to buy that day.

We never felt rushed or pushed throughout the whole process, not even when talking to the finance guy. We would recommend this dealer, Noelle and the Costco program to anyone interested in a new Subaru.

My husband and I traveled from Champaign, IL to Autobarn of Countryside to test drive several used Subarus we had seen online. I sent several inquiries prior to our visit to which I got prompt and informative replies from Noelle. When we arrived at Countryside, Noelle was immediately friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Our ideas of what kind of Subaru we wanted began to change as we were test-driving, and Noelle helped us target a car that not only met our price point, but also exceeded our expectations in quality. Noelle is a sincere and genuine person who made us feel comfortable from the start. We will highly recommend her and Subaru of Countryside to anyone interested in buying a car.

I shopped around for months on the internet looking for a specific Subaru at a good price. The internet site for Autobarn was fantastic, always updated and had very competitive pricing. Noelle was amazing super friendly and incredibly genuine person. I have visited many dealerships in past few days and the sales representatives were ether rude or extremely manipulative and would not leave me or my mother alone! when we stepped into the Autobarn Subaru in country side two representatives (with one being Noelle) politely said hello and if we needed any help, not to hesitate and ask them any questions we might have. Honestly that was extremely refreshing because they gave us space to check out the cars and decide if we want to get more information about it. After me and my mother picked out few we approached Noelle, she was enthusiastic and so bubbly! we walked over to the cars with her, made a list of which we are interested in, copied VIN numbers and came back inside to see what the prices are and such, from there we chose two that we were mostly interested in one Subaru and another Scion. The cars were brought out to us extremely quickly we had the chance to ride them and get the feel of each car. We did not buy the car right away because we needed a second opinion so we told Noelle thank you and we will be back later. She left the cars outside for us, so when we come back we can see them right away. We ended up purchasing the Scion. The only one drawback was waiting for an incredibly long time until the paperwork was completed, however Noelle kept me entertained so the time went by faster. She is what all sales representatives should be!!! extremely nice, polite, NOT pushy and honest. Buying a car is always so stressful and I have to say purchasing a car from The Autobarn Subaru of Countryside with Noelle as my sales rep was a positive experience. So if you ever need to purchase a car i recommend contacting her, she will take the best care and will make the experience positive. Thank you The Autobarn Subaru of Countryside, and Noelle!

I wasn't anticipating buying a car at this point, but after a car accident I had to. I was attracted to the subaru because I wanted an AWD manual that was economical and safe but also cute. And all of my friends who have subarus love them. So I went in Saturday, dealt with Noelle who truly was a pleasure to work with and I came back Tuesday to pick up my car, which I love! I felt no pressure to buy something I didn't want, I felt confident that she gave me the best deal and that she had my best interest in mind, which was truly an unexpected treat from buying a car. Brian was also great to deal with for financing. I would 100% recommend this dealership, especially Noelle.

We researched 2012 Subaru Outback 2.5i Premium extensively. We got a fantastic deal, just above 'base price' for the vehicle with multiple add-ons. We had a price in mind when we walked in, and had no need to haggle, as they exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend doing your online research and coming prepared, and there is no way you won't get a great deal here!

I came from Des Moines,Iowa to buy from the AUTOBARN.
Because of the GREAT PRICE.
The hole sale staff was very helpful.
Everyone was very easy to work with.
It was like they did not know how to say no.
I saved a lot of cash by driving a little.
My sales lady (Noelle) did a great job and another sale person pitch in,

I started to feel like I owned Autobarn.
