When not at the dealership, I'm spending time with my wife Leah and my german shepherd, Kinder. I am a fan of college and professional football and am an avid snow skier.

My Review of Kia Country of Charleston:
A very "no pressure" type of atmosphere. Two visits and felt no pressure whatsoever. I do feel Norm worked hard to get me what I wanted, at the price I needed. Very pleased with my vehicle. Can't say much about the woman in charge of the "Internet Pricing". To me she wasn't very consistent or clear when emailing.

My Review of Kia Country of Charleston:
I did my research on line and decided to visit the dealerships that were at the top of my list in person. I had already visited all the other dealers and had decided to buy the Ford, when I started driving toward KIA. I almost didn't even go. I was tired and had already decided to buy the Ford. I even pulled into a strip mall intending to turn around and go home when I noticed the address on a storefront. The KIA dealership was only three blocks away, and a car is a big purchase. I wanted to make sure I was making the right decision. Tired or not, I was going to check out all the cars on the list.

Norm L'Heureux was professional, informed and personable. He answered all my questions, addressed all my concerns, and offered more options than I expected at the price I was willing to pay. I was very pleased with the car, pleased with the options, pleased with the deal and with the experience. I went home to discuss the purchase with my husband. I called Norm at 9:30pm to make sure I understood the offer. I called him again at 9:00am the next day to tell him I would sign the papers that afternoon. I don't know when he sleeps. He definitely went the extra mile and changed my mind. I love the KIA.

My Review of Kia Country of Charleston:
They were honest and fair, well as honest and fair as you can be and still make money. They didn't hide behind false pretenses and were up front about the money they were trying to make and what they were and were not willing to negotiate on. When you held your ground on something they respected you for it and did not try and bully you or make you feel bad about it, which was not true of my experience at their competitor.

With Norm he put you at ease, but never to the point you felt he was trying to pull any tricks. He answered every question honestly, even when he knew you weren't going to like the answer.

If you live in Charleston, SC and are looking for a KIA this is were you want to go, respectable and respectful people.

My Review of Kia Country of Charleston:
The team was amazing. I did not feel pressured into getting a car. He let me and my fiance talk it out and let us see what was the best fit for us. Same as when it came time to sign all the paperwork, they didn't pressure us into getting extra add ons or extra coverage. They explained what each was for and then I would say yes or no. Best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Will definitely be going back when it is time to get our 2nd car.

My Review of Kia Country of Charleston:
the dealership accepted the USAA pricing without question which made for a pleasant transaction. Norm handled the transaction with a high degree of courtesy and spent time with us going over the electronics of the vehicle (Sorento)as well as pairing the bluetooth in our phones to the on board call system. I would recommend him and the dealership to my friends and acquaintences.

My Review of Kia Country of Charleston:
Our Salesman, Norm Lheurux was excellent. He was couteous and gave us follow-up calls throughout our shopping period. Our decision to buy a Kia brand car was largely due to Norm's professionalism and his knowledge of the products. Norm was patient with us throughout the buying process and was very helpful with good advice so that we eneded up with the right options package for our needs. we got the GDI engine with 32MPG.

Our evaluation of the dealership would be straight 5's (perfect score) if it were based only on our salesman. The score is reduced due to interactions with other staff/management of the dealership.

Overall we had a great buying experience, and would send our friends to see Norm for their next car.

We had done some casual shopping around for a new auto. The dealership and Norm L Heureux helped us to get serious and make a decision. The process was not anything like "going to the dentist". They made is as painless as possible. In short, we were very pleased and would recommend Norm & Kia Country to anyone who wants to know.

We recently bought a Kia Soul for our daughter and this was truly the easiest and most stress free car buying experience we've ever had. Elijah and Norm were very kind, professional and knowledgeable about the vehichle we purchased as well as Kias in general and never put any pressure on us in any way. We were very pleased with the price and how quickly the entire transaction took place. They even played along with the surprise for our daughtera Kia Country, Elijah and Norm really understand what customer service is all about!
