Olti Celepija at Shore Toyota Scion

Most of my dealings were with Oscar. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He even took extra time to explain the numerous features our new highlander was equipped with .

I feel that Oscar is definitely an asset to Shore Toyota.

I was in the market for a new vehicle. I was sure that I wanted a Toyota but was contemplating not only between Sedans but also SUV's. Oscar Gonzalez, Matthew Foss and Olti Celepija were very helpful. Oscar not only showed us hybrid , LE and XLE cars for 2012 but also gave us the option of an 2010 car. Matthew was happy givin me a walk through of a Toyota highlander and help me with the test drive.We visited Shore Toyota 3 times before we made a deal. At no time were we pushed into making a decision. Customer service was excellent every visit. When we did talk prices we did not feel like we were being taken advantage of, it was all very open. Olti made a genuine effort to make sure we had the deal we were all happy with. I would not hesitate to recommend Oscar and Olti to any of my friends. Thanks guys.

Blake was very informative,courteous,and knowledgeable.He was able to answer all of our questions. The sales manager was helpful and was able to give a deal we could agree on.We had bought our previous car from this dealership and have been happy with the service we received.

I was on my way to a dealership down the road, when the Toyota Prius caught my eye, as I was passing Shore Toyota. I stopped in to inquire about the car. I was greeted by Tammy who very patiently sat and listened to my needs for a vehicle. I think she is the first car sales person who actually listened and gave me real feedback for my questions and concerns, as apposed to the guy who I talked to at the "other" dealership who couldn't wait to hand me the keys so I could sign the 7% loan he wanted to sell me. Tammy took me on a test drive and let me play with all the bells and whistles the Prius comes with. I worked with Olti to get the approval for a loan along with an awesome interest rate. I would never expected a sales manager at a car dealership to be so friendly. As I was getting ready to leave Olti and Tammy noticed that the remote door opener wasn't working properly. They had a new one ordered before I even knew anything was wrong. I came back the next day to pick up the opener and have to admit it was nice seeming them again. Ruth showed me how everything worked and took the time to make sure everything else was perfect. I love my new Prius! I greatly appreciated not being pressured into buying and the patients they all had with me. I have only purchased one other car in my life. They made an extremely scary task into a truly enjoyable experience. THANK YOU SHORE TOYOTA!

I was assisted by Olti Celepija and also Edward Dion(name not able to be checked above)they were both very eager to see me walk out the door happy and stopped at nothing to give me everything i wanted. Its always a great experience coming to Shore Toyota, i wouldnt go anywhere else!

I never thought that I would get a car the day I went into the dealership. Edward Dion who is a new salesman was so personable and loaded with knowledge about the car I fell in love with he left no doubts in my mind. Everyone I worked with was great this is the third car I have bought from this dealership,the service is great.
