Oscar Solis at Capitol Honda

Oscar solis was the best sales man I've ever seen he took a really good care of my car's need even for return service. He is so friendly, kind& hard worker,he treated me like his own family, that's what I like about this dealer.

It is my pleasure to respond with a review on my experience with Capitol Honda. I received a call on Saturday morning from Kao with an offer on a new Honda Accord that got my attention. I was leaving for out of town and unable to go check out if the offer was real. On Monday I did go because I wanted to meet Kao and see if I could get the deal he spoke about on the phone.

While at Honda Kao handed me over to Wally to see the cars on the lot. Before doing so I asked that I be qualified financially before going out to the lot and falling in love with a new car. A short time later Wally was showing me cars. I wanted to upgrade a little, so he continued to accommodate me graciously. He found the car I wanted.

Next came the signing on the dotted line. Oscar was very informative on every detail of the contract we were building. When I was hesitant on an option he proposed, he took the time to give me the pros and cons from which I could make an informed decision without any pressure.

Thank you Kao for the call that led me to getting my new 2012 Honda Accord. Thank you Wally for listening to my likes and dislikes in a car. Not once did you try to talk me into something I could not afford. Thank you Oscar for looking out for my welfare as we worked through page after page of my contract.

It is because of these gentlemen that I gladly rated Capitol Honda with the highest rating.

This review is for Mike Emadi, at Capitol Honda. Yesterday, my mother and I walked into Honda to look at their Civics, and we had the pleasure to work with Mike. We were both skeptical because we feared that since we weren't too knowledgeable about cars, we were going to be taken advantage of. That definitely wasn't the case with Mike. He definitely made us feel comfortable, and I never felt inclined or "forced" to buy any car. After test driving a Honda Civic, I was disappointed that they didn't have the color I wanted (Dark Gun-Metal Grey). Mike some how pulled some strings, and managed to find the color I wanted! After giving me such a great discount and lease agreement, I ended up driving out out of the lot with my first new car which is a Honda Civic 2012 which I am IN LOVE WITH :). The gentleman OSCAR who handled my finances, was very kind to me as well. After going to other dealerships and dealing with other salesman, Mike and Honda Capitol exceeded my expectations! If you want superior customer service (without the pushy salesman), ask for MIKE EMADI at Capitol Honda. You wont be disappointed!

Awesome service received from the minute I entered the dealer until I left with my new car. Mike, Oscar, Tong and Dan were very professional and treathed me with respect. I love Capitol Honda!

This is the best dealership I've gone so far and actually it was my first time, I used to own different brand of vehicle 5 of them and this is my first time I switched to Honda and I don't regret in going to this dealership especially with the people working around like Mr. Tony Johnson and Mr. Oscar Solis you feel at ease and comfortable in dealing with them. They really worked hard in helping me to get my first Honda vehicle and I said to myself if this are the kind of people and treatment that I will worked with I won't hesitate to get my next vehicle from this same dealership, I thank you so much and salute to TONY JOHNSON and OSCAR SOLIS you're great guys.

Oscar is the best car salesman I've ever worked with. He's extremely helpful, knowledgeable, sincere, humble and patient. The transaction went late into the night since I arrived late to the dealership, but he stayed around to make sure I understood every feature of the car before I left. I typically dread purchasing new cars, but Oscar made the whole experience enjoyable. I would definitely purchase from him again. Do yourself a favor and ask for Oscar.

I previously had a great experience with my purchase of a Honda Civic Hybrid at this dealership, so I came back here again to buy a new 2011 Honda CR-V. I am very satisfied with my purchase. The staff is so friendly and does their best to meet customers need. They go above and beyond to help you find a vehicle that best fits your needs.

They will always have my business over any other car dealerships.
