I went to Bay Ridge Toyota just to check out the Toyota CHR.There were three that I liked there and I also liked a different suv at another dealership.I dealt with Binod and Ozzy at Bay Ridge Toyota.They w CHR.There were three that I liked there and I also liked a different suv at another dealership.I dealt with Binod and Ozzy at Bay Ridge Toyota.They were both great salesmen,very helpful.I never felt rushed or like I was being pressured into buying a car that day.My wife and I asked a lot of questions about all three CHRs.I wanted to make sure it would fit in my driveway without any problems.Binod looked up the measurements of my other cars and showed me the comparisons.I am sure I drove Binod and Ozzy a little crazy,but they didn't show it.They were always smiling,always nice and polite.I did buy a 2020 Toyota CHR from them.I will definitely come back when I or my family needs another car.I am telling my friends about Bay Ridge Toyota and I highly recommend getting a car from you. Thank You Binod and Ozzy for being so understanding and so patient with me.I may drop by just to say hello at times.Don't worry,I am a little nicer now that I already bought the car,lol. More

This has been the best car buying experience I have ever had...full stop. From when I walked in to when I left. The salesperson Chardio was awesome and not "in your face" like so many other sales persons I had...full stop. From when I walked in to when I left. Also, Ozzy the sales manager was equally as friendly and the finance person, Moe, was great as well. No complaints! Go here if you want to purchase a Toyota and have a great car buying experience. Believe me, if this was not a good experience I would be tearing up this dealership. BUT, not the case here. Thank you Chardio, Ozzy, and Moe!!! More

I have been doing business with bay ridge toyota for 6 yrs.. i started my first lease with Ozzie..amazing experience as you could read 5 years ago..then moved to toms river..when itnwas time to lease did yrs.. i started my first lease with Ozzie..amazing experience as you could read 5 years ago..then moved to toms river..when itnwas time to lease did it with them and had a horrible experience..small car large payments..today I had another amazing experience of course with ozzie who introduced me to Nathan who took care of everything!
