My Review of Bill Britt Mazda/Volkswagen:
We have purchased 8 new vehicles from Bill Britt dealerships. Without fail, they have been terrific to deal with. Some examples:
Our regular salesman, Rich Tippey, has gone out of his way to answer every question I threw at him. When he didn't know, he found out. He even welcomed my "comments" on things I would have like to have seen designed differently.
The same is true for Pam Sanders and Jay Anderson in service. My car is always ready when promised, and on the few very rare occassions where I thought there might be an issue, they were handled completely, professionally, and to my full satisfaction.
Finally, with one of our previous Bill Britt cars, my wife once stopped at the bank before a trip. She left the car running with the A/C on for the dog inside. She locked the car, thinking that she could unlock it with the remote when she returned, but the remote did not function with the engine running. She called me in a panic, so I called the then-service manager at Bill Britt, and in the few minutes I was on the phone with him, he had looked up our VIN, retrieved the key code, had a key cut and a guy on the way to open the car for her.
This the kind of service I would expect from a dealership, and the kind of service we've always gotten from Pam, Rich, Jay, and Bill Britt.
