Pandu Dillard at Hendrick Durham Automall

I have been here twice, and i love Hendricks Durham Automall, the sales reps are the greatest. The entire staff is excellent and professional. I love this dealership.

Overall the experience was excellent. No one rushed us to chose a car. We were looking for a reliable, great on gas car for our girls to have for college. The girls ove their Honda Civic. Thanks Pandu Dillard

I have not purchase a vehicle manufactured in the US since the early seventy; however when shopping for a car my wife and I stopped at Hendricks’s Auto Mall in Durham, NC just to browse the inventory.

Clearly I was not very optimistic that I would see a vehicle that would be satisfactory. I had been driving an Audi A6 for awhile; however my objective was to obtain a new car that would be more economical to operate and maintain without eliminating all of the amenities that I have grown accustom in the Audi.

I arrived at your place of business and shortly thereafter Mr. Dillard came out and greeted my wife and me.

Mr. Dillard was the perfect sales associate for us. He was unassuming and attentive to our specific concerns and requests. He answered all our many questions and most importantly he allowed us to select the vehicle that matched our perimeters without attempting to direct us toward something that was more costing or anything that did not match what we were specifically seeking.

Thanks to Mr. Dillard and the support team at Hendricks’s Auto Mall Durham, NC I am now a satisfied owner of a Chevy Cruise. Great job guys, and again, thanks!

On Labor Day 2012 I stopped by the Hendrick Durham Auto Mall to see the 2013 Chevy Volt.
The sales person, Pandu Dillard, greeted us and explained about the Volt and functionalities.
He was very good at explain mechanics of the car and how much we can save gas money over the years.
He convinced us to purchase the car that day and also gave some discount.
We ordered the car that day and delivered by Pandu two days later.
What a service!
We are very impressed by Pandu’s professionalism and try to help customers as much as he can.
He went to talk to the manager 3 or 4 times to get some discount for us.
He is clearly working for the customer’s interest which is really good quality for the sales person.
We enjoyed this shopping experience with Hendrick Durham Auto Mall because of the exceptional sales person.
We will recommend to all our friends.

We stopped in after an absolutely horrible day at another dealership. It was late and the babay was fusyy but our sales rep handled it all very well and put us in the car we wanted. Overall a great experiance.
