Pat Hampson at Dick's Mackenzie Ford

The experience of buying my 2010 Ford Escape was very painless & everyone was very friendly & not pushy at all. From the time my Husband found the car on line, went into our CU for a pre-approval & driving home in my new to me Escape was three hours!!! Easiest car buying ever. Pat even helped me get all my stuff out of my trade in since my hubby had to get back to work & get me on my way home.

Found a used car online at a very fair price, called and spoke to John, who set up a time with Pat for my wife to come see the car the next day. Due to some work scheduling problems, she could not get out there from our SE PDX home until well after lunch, and had no interest in sticking around for too long and getting stuck in traffic on the way home with our newborn. She explained our situation and flat out asked to take the car home for the night, even though she'd barely looked at it. She was hardly following protocol, but they let her do it anyway. We returned the next day and bought the car. Pat was honest and friendly and great to deal with. Eric in finance was also very friendly. Both of them were knowledgeable, but not pushy. We never felt pressured. This is the fourth time I've purchased a car, and I can safely say this was the best experience. When the time comes to buy a car again, this is the first place we'll look. I recommend it, and I definitely recommend working with Pat.

I was very impressed with my overall experience at Dick's MacKenzie Ford! Pat Hampson was easy to talk to, friendly and very knowledgeable about the Toyota Tundra I purchased. I was pleasantly surprised that he had actually taken the time to get to know some valuable information about the truck I was intersted in considering I was purchasing the truck from a Ford Dealership. I never got that high pressure sales pitch and felt very comfortable and happy with the sales process. Eric Owens was equally friendly and took time to explain the financing process to me in a way that was easily understood. He found me a better deal than expected on my interest rate and that made me very happy! I have already recommended Dick's MacKenzie Ford to two of my friends and will continue to do so whenever I hear of anyone in the market for a new or used car.

Patrick is the guy you want to go to in order to buy a car. He set me up with the car I wanted, wasn't pushy, and made the experience really easy! The entire staff at the dealership is really nice also, the finance guy Darwin made great expert recommendation and i never once felt like i was being pushed to buy something. Naomi in the internet department was a great point of contact to get me into the dealership also. 5 stars to everyone there!

I am returning customer of McKenzie Ford and was impressed with the entire process of exploring options, test drives and finalizing the purchase of Edge AWD/LTD car.
Patrick assisted me all the way during the process. He was professional, asking right questions, offering suggestions regarding options that I was not aware of.
