Paul Coleman was super! He is a very knowledgable sales person. Paul was patient with our questions and he did not consider any question silly or dumb. After we took our new Rav 4 home, we had a couple of questions, so we called Paul and he was quick to get back to us to help us out. I would recommend Paul and Heritage to our friends and neighbors. Thank you Paul for helping make our big purchase fun and easy.

I would definitely recommend Heritage Toyota to my friends. Paul and Mary helped me walk out with a new 2011 Tundra with great customer service. Paul went out of his way to answer all my questions and Mary helped me get a great rebate I had not known about earlier. This got me a great truck at a good value. Thank you!

My Review of Heritage Toyota Scion:
I purchased my first Toyota from Heritage ten years ago. Today I came home with the latest lease [after 2 others]. I drive 60 miles from NY to So. Burlington Vt to go to this dealership. The sales staff and business staff have been great - patient and answering all questions. I have yet to have this car serviced but have been very satisfied in the past. When there was a problem of any kind with the service department, they always worked hard to correct it.

I picked this time for a new lease due to a nationwide ad for $159 per mo and $2799 on signing - a great price for a well-loaded Camry LE. When I went to look at the car, there was of course small print but they worked very hard to take a car more expensive than the "ad" and come up with what I had wanted!

I like to know what all the "numbers" mean and they were very accommodating. I was very satisfied that I had received all the information to make an informed decision.

[I just read in the "terms of use" not to post about experiences past 12 months ago. But in this case I think it is relevant - the reader can decide]

My Review of Heritage Toyota Scion:
Paul was an amazing person to work with. The dealership was very busy and even while we were just waiting for paperwork to get done, Paul never took another customer and sat with us most the time. When he wasn't with us, he was getting the car ready to go or he was checking on how much longer it would be. He was fun to work with and didn't think of me as "comission" but instead worked with me to get what I could afford at a reasonable rate. This being the first time I financed a car, I will definitely be coming back to Hertiage Toyota Scion to purchase further cars.
