My Review Of Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group:

Our salesman Jeff Deacon was very patient with us. He test drove several cars with us and was very detailed in explaining the cars amenities to us. He listened to what we were looking for in a car and made sure he showed us vehicles that matched out interest. He also gave us the chance to take the vehicle we were interested in home for a night so we had the chance to really test it and make sure it was right for us. I would recommend Jeff to anyone who is interested in purchasing a car. He is a very kind and patient.

We also had a good experiences with Jon Smith and Paul Fiedler the sale managers, they were friendly and wanted to make sure we were happy and felt like we received a good deal.

Lastly, I feel I need to mention Neil Pufko because he too was extremely friendly and was very interested in finding out how our experience was. He was interested in our suggestions. It was nice to have someone ask our opinion and be truly interested in our answer.

Overall a good experience, even the employees who were not working directly with us were kind and made us feel comfortable.

My Review Of Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group:

Nothing about buying a car at Jeff D'Ambrosio lived up to expectations... of the stereotypical car transaction. I worked with Dave Baldwin as a main point of contact and at no time during our conversation did I ever feel like I was being sold into anything. Dave asked questions about what features, considerations and thought went into choosing my car, and wanted to know why I was there. It wasn't until after we had finalized the pricing did he ask if the monthly payment was in my budget range.

Typically, i've seen car salesman ask, "what do I need to do to get you in a car today?" or "what payment do you want to have?." Dave never pressured, always had my best interest at hand and was attentive to my questions and needs when I was both in the dealership and working through the phone and over email.

Paul Fiedler, the General Manager also greeted me and checked in periodically to make sure my experience was living up to my expectations and was pleasant and helpful if I ever needed to escalate or change my path (which I did not).

Lastly, after purchasing my new car, I met the service team and Denise who were extremely pleasant and welcoming.

All in all, the experience at Jeff D'Ambrosio made me feel like I was part of the family, and not in a cheesy way. Jeff's staff was professional, courteous of my time, knowledgeable, and always provided insight where needed.

I look forward to working with him and his team again down the line.

P.S. Make sure to ask Dave about his experience with Wolves when you go in!

I was off to a rocky start by my salesman but the General Manager Paul Fiedler addressed all my concerns in a friendly professional manner. I was so impressed with the fact that because I had a few swirl marks in my paint that Paul decided to fix them and Glass Coat my entire vehicle. It really turned out nice. Thank you Paul for making a wrong so right!!!

I do recommend this dealership to everyone!!!

My Review Of Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group:

I was interested in seeing what the new Dodge Dart looked like, so I visited your web site. After viewing the car and reading the features--and finding that it came in a turbo-manual trans configuration--I indicated my interest via the site. Two minutes later Tiffany called my house (I had taken off from work for my birthday and was home.) If she had waited an hour or so to call, I probably would not have followed up, but I accepted Tiffany's invite to come down and test drive the car. Tiffany introduced me to Nick, who quickly set me up for a test drive with the particular car I saw in your inventory. To my surprise, Nick said, "Okay, come see me when you get back and let me know what you think." I never test drove a car alone without a salesman unnerving me in the passenger seat.
Well, I fell in love with the Dart's roomy & comfy interior (I'm 6-4, 220), quiet ride, peppy 1.4L turbo, and a trans that shifts like butter. Plus it looks sophisticatedly bad-xxx.
Back at your dealership Nick & I chatted. He is a friendly guy with whom I immediately felt comfortable. I thought that the sticker price--without the dealer add ons--was fair. The we haggled over my trade in. Instead of jerking me off by "going to see the manager" 6 times, I was surprised when Paul came over and sat down with us. Within 2 minutes I had a trade-in value that I also thought was fair. These were also firsts: working directly with the manager, and Paul asking me if I was happy with the deal, because he did not want me walking out unless I truly believed I got what I wanted. I assured him that I was very satisfied.
Great Team you guys have. And Dodge hit it out of the park with the Dart. I have taken it on a couple of medium range highway trips and the mileage is fantastic! I have not been to Service yet, but I anticipate another very satisfactory experience.

These guys made my buying my NEW car very easy and gave me a lot of piece of mind throughout everything. Shout out to Dave who, knowing it was my first time buying a car, showed me around the dealership so that I would know where to go when it came time to get my oil changed. I would never have known where to go, and he made it a point to take me to the garage area where my car would be left in the hands of such a nice group of guys.
Thank you to Paul Fiedler who kept in touch with me through email when I had questions and for giving me Dave. These guys really made buying a car SO simple and they took such good care of me.
I keep recommending them to anyone I hear who wants a car, new or used, because this duo hooked me up. I would love to add them to my Christmas card list!

My Review Of Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group:

From the moment we walked into the dealership when Jeff d'Ambrosio himself came over to help us, to walking out the door today with our beautiful new Chrysler 300C, and every step in between, we were treated extremely well. Everyone we dealt with was so pleasant to work with. We were quickly supplied with the car we came in to see (the Chrysler 300) so we could take it on a test drive, then had some of our questions ably answered by Jason while our salesman (Dave) finished up with another customer. Dave worked with us on several model scenarios to ensure that we were getting the vehicle that he knew we'd be pleased with. He and Paul worked with us on our trade-in and final price of the car to our total satisfaction. And when we arrived this afternoon to pick our car up, Dave had seen to it that it had been clear-coated as we'd requested and kept in the garage all night so it wouldn't be waterspotted if it rained overnight. So a clean, shiny new car awaited us. It was a sight to behold! Shadow (what I named her) is the nicest car I've ever owned, totally worth the splurge. And the folks at D'Ambrosio's made it an easy and positive experience every step of the way. We would absolutely recommend the dealership to others and have every intention of returning there for other vehicles.

My Review Of Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group:

I came back to Jeff D'Ambrosio today because I was very happy with my previous purchase from them 4 years ago. They did not disappoint me. Their Internet Sales Specialist, Caitlin, was very responsive to my internet inquiry. She followed up by phone in a non-pushy, friendly manner. Paul met me at the door when I came into the dealership and promptly got me a salesman. Dave asked me a few questions and picked out the perfect car from their big inventory. That was great because I didn't have to walk around the lot on a very hot and humid day. Dave was very knowledgeable and extremely personable. He made the long process of buying a car pleasant and satisfying. He gave me a great deal that met my needs and got everything together in one visit. I feel that my business is important to this dealership every time I come -- whether it's to buy, get service, or have recall work done.
I am a happy customer who will be back again.

My Review Of Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group:

My wife and I have pruchased/leased many cars in the past 35 years, and can honestly say we have NEVER been more pleased with any of the other dealerships than we are with D'Ambrosio. A car is a car, but as in any business, the PEOPLE make the sale. The genuine warmth, patience(I ask lots of questions), expertise, and concern these people presented to us was truly extraordinary(we dealt mostly with Dave and Paul). They build RELATIONSHIPS-they don't sell cars! In addition to getting excellent service and a great deal, at the end of the day, when we took possession of the car, Dave spent about 1/2 hour with us DEMONSTRATING the car's features, so we would not be "floundering". He did this while attending to other customers, and yet, we didn't KNOW that. He made us feel that we were the most important people in his world, and THAT is what sells cars(or anything else, for that matter).
In addition, we have never seen such a clean floor in the shop. I believe there are 9 bays for repairing cars, and as my wife said, you could "eat off the floor".
All of this is a credit to management, and at the top is Jeff D'Ambrosio. He creates all of this with his leadership skills-and it shows!
My wife has been a Real Estate agent for 22 years and is thorough, critical, and pays great attention to details. I can tell you that she is BEYOND happy-is there any better recommendation than that?
