Everyone we met was friendly and courteous. Paul Johnson listened to what we wanted and helped find the right vehicle for us. The tech support went a little faster than we are comfortable with and we had quite a bit to do on our own after we left. I hope I have names correct, because this person isn't listed below. Our experience with the finance department was probably the best we've ever had. How often do you have a few laughs when signing loan paperwork? When we were leaving we found a mark on the windshield we couldn't remove. Paul got a service staff member to come out and remove the marks even though it took him a couple trys to find the right solution to take care of it. Everyone we encountered seemed happy to help us. I'd recommend Jeff Belzers Lakeville dealership to my friends and family. Best car buying experience I've had. More
