My Review of Lindsay Volkswagen of Dulles:
Our experience at this dealership was nothing but positive from the moment we walked in the door. We received an appropriate amount of information about the two vehicles we were considering, without feeling any pressure about one car over the other or the pressure to make a decision. The salesperson was informative and took the time to understand our lifestyle, driving habits, and likelihood that we would keep the car for the long haul. When we returned to purchase, he took the time to make sure we understood everything about the pricing and what we were paying. From start to finish, the buying process was efficient, and we drove off the lot very happy with our purchase.

My Review of Lindsay Volkswagen of Dulles:
Paul & the Finance Manager, Craig, worked together and put a personal touch on my transaction. I have "blemished" credit and have been working very hard to restore it to it's original "mint condition". I went to two other local dealerships before trying Lindsay Volkswagen. Both finance guys at the other places just plugged my information into a computer and produced an automated response with outrageous, hard to live with terms for my situation.

Upon walking into Lindsay VW, I was greeted right away, and explained that I needed a VW education. Paul was very knowledgable and was able to help me quickly narrow down the model that fit my needs. He never made me feel like he was giving me a generic "sales pitch". He was very patient as I explained my situation, took a personal interest in getting me into a car I loved with terms I could live with.

When it came time to talk money, Craig actually picked up the phone (imagine that!) and called a few of his contacts. They offered very affordable and reasonable terms for a person with my background. I felt like they really cared about helping me restore my credit, not just selling me a car.

After the sale was final he gave me a very informative tour of the vehicle and the dealership, including the service and parts departments! I have purchased many cars in my life and have never rec'd such wonderful service from the sales staff!

The results of Paul & Craig's efforts resulted in a sale for them and a positive experience for me! A win-win for all! I absolutely LOVE my new 2011 JETTA TDI and have absolutely no regrets. I am looking forward to a lifelong relationship with Lindsay Volkswagen, and my friends Paul & Craig! Thanks so much for a job well done!!

Great experience, from sales to service.
Trent in sales is a TRUE professional. Jeff in Service took care of all our service need in a timely manner and delivered car when promised.
I would agree that this is not dealer is not the eaisest to get to but well worth the effort.
