Paula James at Ken Garff Ford

The sales staff at Ken Garff Ford were amazing! Paula James was very professional, friendly, and made me feel like a member of her family. I never felt pushed in any direction, and she was able to answer all of my questions. After I made my purchase she had Kyle Campbell instruct me on how to use the Ford Sync system. Ill tell you what, Kyle and Paula were a hoot and my purchase felt like a celebration with lots of laughs! Kyle was very informative and was even an expert at my smart phone. He made the whole instruction seamless and I was able to retain all of his advice.

4 years ago I bought my wifes Honda Ridgeline at Ken Garff and swore I would do business with them again and I am glad I did. I drove past 4 Ford dealerships to do business with Ken Garff Ford in American Fork. I bought a F150 FX4 fully loaded and to anyone reading this please know it was worth the drive! I saved $9000.00 over the next guys "cheapest" price.

So my message to anyone buying a vehicle: CHOOSE KEN GARFF! They are quite simply the very best in the business.

Paula did a great job. She was very patient and allowed me time to make an informed decision about the truck I purchased. In addition, she was always willing to stay late if it worked best for me. Paula also didn't try to push any one type of vehicle on me. Although I went to see her to specifically look at a SVT Raptor, she took the time to show me other F-150s so I would have a number of vehicles for comparison.

The dealership itself was nice looking, comfortable, and the employees all eager to help in any way. The sales manager wasted no time with petty haggling and was right up front with pricing...of course it helped that I came prepared. The dealership allowed me to test drive the vehicle...even though it was a Raptor. This isn't true of all dealers. I went to another place about a year ago, and they refused to allow me to drive the truck. I laughed at them and teased them, because I drove to the dealership in a vehicle that was more expensive than the Raptor!

Both Paula and Josh were very helpful in my quest to upgrade from a 2009 Mustang GT to a 2011 5.0 GT Premium despite my fast paced attitude. I love the car and the integrated SYNC system for hands free operation. This is my second purchase from this dealership.

We bought our first truck on March 12, 2011. Our experience with PAULA JAMES was exceptional. Paula had a very good knowledge of the vehicles we were interested in. She answered all of our questions completely. She is a great sales woman without any undue or uncomfortable pressure. She is a lot of fun! We drove from Farmington to American Fork to buy this truck and would certainly do it again to deal with PAULA JAMES.

I cannot say enough about how easy and pleasant my purchase of a new truck was from this dealership. I am located in Texas and wanted to find a particular vehicle. I located it in Utah and contacted Paula. She gave me a fair price right off the bat and arranged the shipping for me. She was great to work with. The truck arrived when she said it would and the whole process was very smooth. I would buy another vehicle from her in a heartbeat!

This is the second time in a number of years I had to travel outside California to purchase an automobile. Both times I ended up in Utah, it must be a trend.
I found this particular vehicle during an internet search. From the beginning dealing with "Ken Garff Ford", and particularly Paula James was a pleasure. Buying a used vehicle out of state, sight unseen, demands a lot of trust in the sales person you are dealing with. Paula was professional, friendly, and extremely accommodating. The vehicle was just as she described it. Paula went out of her way to make this experience as easy as possible for me, which included picking me up from the airport.

All of the staff at "Ken Garff Ford" that I dealt with were friendly and professional, and the vehicle, GREAT!!

I will be dealing with "Ken Garff Ford" again, particularly Paula James.

From the initial call to the actual picking up of my truck, Paula and Zach were exceptional! This was a sale done completely over the phone and internet. The many professionally done pictures of the truck showed, and proved, the condition and care given to this vehicle. After speaking with Paula, I was pretty convinced that this was the exact truck I was searching for. Her down to earth candor and ability to listen and answer my many questions was a breath of fresh air!. She easily explained how nice the truck was and the many features. Zach helped in the short negotiation and, since I pretty well knew the price of a truck in this condition and miles, I was able to accept the price he gave me. He also arranged great financing for me.

When I flew in from California a week later, we went for a short test drive and everything worked just as told to me. Mark, in finance, got the paperwork together quickly and then I was off to California with my "new" truck. They even filled the tank for me!

I would definitely recommend this dealership and sales staff to my peers and friends. It was worth the flight and drive back and the price was great!

We found an F150 online and talked with Paula James in internet sales. I made an offer that was not accepted, but Paula was patient and I know she spent some time talking with the sales team about the value of the pickup. I was contacted by Paula a few days later and after some discussion simply made another offer and told her I would drive down the following weekend and pickup the truck if they would accept. All was agreed. The truck was ready when we arrived and was in excellent condition as I was told. I was a little disappointed in the wear on the tires as they are hard to assess by photos on the internet. All of the documentation and payment was handled efficiently and we were on our way home within a couple of hours. I did have some trouble some months later with the 4-wheel drive that needed repair. Once my mechanic figured out the problem--a transfer box shift motor-Ken Garff agreed to supply the part at no extra charge to me and it was shipped to my home in a few days.

Overall, my experience with Paula and Ken Garff Ford was excellent and I will look here again for a truck when the time comes.
