I liked this dealership UNTIL a month came and went and the 30 day temporary tag expired on our new Forester. I called the dealership and just learned they NEVER submitted the registration and tag paperwor the 30 day temporary tag expired on our new Forester. I called the dealership and just learned they NEVER submitted the registration and tag paperwork we paid them nearly $100 for. The dealer rep I spoke to told me there was a "problem" processing our paperwork, which caused a delay. So, we paid Concord Subaru $40K for a Forester and almost $100 to register and get tags for our car, and I find out they just today submitted that paperwork, so it will now be weeks before we get new tags. Be VERY cautious with this dealership...I definitely DON'T recommend them! More

Above and beyond & Great compromise I purchased a used car, which unfortunately did not work out for the intended purpose. Although an 'as-is' car (in immaculate condition), the dealers I purchased a used car, which unfortunately did not work out for the intended purpose. Although an 'as-is' car (in immaculate condition), the dealership lessened my loss in getting into a usable vehicle. Joe and Pauley were patient and helpful during BOTH transactions.
