My name is Pete Farinas and I am an employee at Parks Chevrolet at the lake in Huntersville, NC. My goal is simple. I was unable to go to Parks . They were absolutely great bringing corvette to my home for test drive. Even though I’m 50 miles from dealership. Best dealership and Service around! Parks is filled with tremendous employees, however, I was lucky enough to work with Pete and Taiwan!These two provided top notch service and honestly Parks is filled with tremendous employees, however, I was lucky enough to work with Pete and Taiwan!These two provided top notch service and honestly went above an beyond to help me! I was greeted by a smiling face and a warm welcome! Pete quickly built a rapport with us by explaining the process and listening to what I wanted. He not only assisted with the test drive but made sure to take of the paperwork prior so when we got back we didn't have to wait for the financing. Once we decided to move forward with the Financing we had the pleasure to sit down with Taiwan! He was willing to break things down for me to ensure I understood them and didn't rush me through the process. Know when you walk into Parks you will be taken care of. They wont pressure you to make the purchase but educate you on things to ensure your making a decision you will be happy with! Great experience and I know when it comes time to buy another car I will be going back to Parks!!!! More

Parks was an excellent experience, Peter Farinas and Christine Bartolorra both worked tirelessly to get me into the exact vehicle i wanted at price I wanted. They were professional and courteous and made this a painless and seamless transition. I am now driving a beautiful 2017 Equinox and I am so happy I chose to work with Parks because I promise not all Chevy dealerships are created equal. More

Knowledgeable and very helpful Peter Farinas knows his product, was able to answer my questions to get me into the vehicle to suit my needs. He also did a great job for my daughter.
