Why would I recommend this dealership? Their employees:

Tom Campbell - I called the dealership on 12/29/11 and spoke with Tom. Once he had some basic information, he was quick to provide me a list of options via email. He met us at the dealership the next day. There as no high pressure sales and he worked with us on little details to make our experience the best. Peter Cassano - to finish our sales paperwork. Peter is friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable. He stayed late to make sure we knew how to operate the vehicle and even moved his car outside the gate after the dealership closed to help us get set up. He showed us how to use the systems (Nav / phone, etc.) in the vehicle and even programmed in a restuarant for dinner - this was wonderful. We were very impressed.

Adrienne Briant - worked with us in the finance department and made sure all of our questions were answered and that we understood our financing. She was able to work our interest rate through Lexus Finanical to get the best rate possible. Dinner suggestion and such a sweet and professional disposition made this a financial experience we won't soon forget.

We do not trade vehicles often (8-10 yrs) and my last purchase was from Hennessy Jaguar and was treated with the same courtesy and friendliness. This made me chose another Hennessy dealership when I was ready for my next purchase.

Thanks to the Hennessy family of dealers and to Tom, Peter and Adrienne for making this experience one we won't soon forget. We will recommend Hennessy and Lexus to our friends.

I was in the market for a car and not interested in a Lexus. I visited Hennessy Lexus and was assisted by Peter Cassano. He completely informed me of the advantages of owning a Lexus and I was very impressed with his knowledge. His after the sale follow up was tremendous. I found the experience to be painless and pleasant.

I have been a customer of this dealership for 10+ years. I just purchased a used 2010 ES350 from Calvin Allen and Peter Cassano, and the experience was most pleasant.
Just like Tony Childers in Service, these guys are pros and are great to do business with. I would highly recommend them and Hennessy for a new or used Lexus.

My Review of Hennessy Lexus of Atlanta:
I had come in previously to Hennessy to test drive and get more information on the Lexus IS. First visit the salesman simply took me around the block and didn't really say much about the car. Second visit was with PETER CASSANO. I'm glad I came back. He told me everything I needed to know,with details. I was especially impressed with his knowledge of the features of the navigation system, and how you can keep track of when you'll need your next service. He also let me open her up on the highway, so I could get a good feel of the car(most of my driving is highway). Peter was very friendly, very knowledgeable, not pushy at all. This is the kind of experience I like to have when visiting a dealership, and when I'm ready to buy my Lexus IS(I have decided that is the car I want), I'll be back to see Peter Cassano.
