We particularly went to see Ken Collins in Sales because he has assisted us with car purchases for over two decades. Ken listened to our concerns and ordered the exact Prius and color we wanted, did not try to sell us more than we wanted. The best part is how much all the staff including Matt Murphy and the folks in the Finance Department did all the paper work down to the last detail and treated us like we were buying the most expensive vehicle available. Front Office, Back Office, Sales and Service all made the purchase of our new 2013 Prius a pleasurable experience right down to the coffee and fruit. We also had a fairly complicated trade in which Ken facilitated with ease. Thanks to all the folks at Falmouth Toyota. We just referred another couple to Ken Collins with confidence. More

I had visited quite a few other dealerships and always felt pr incredibly easy and stress-free thanks to David Digravio and the Falmouth Toyota Team. I had visited quite a few other dealerships and always felt pressured and rushed to make a decision; however, I never once felt that way while purchasing my new car through Falmouth Toyota. I chose a color car that they did not currently have on the lot and they did not hesitate to drive to another state to find me the car that I wanted. In addition to taking care of trading in my old car, new plates, insurance paperwork, etc., David took the time to go through every feature of the car with me prior to driving off the lot. I would recommend anyone interested in purchasing a new car go through Falmouth Toyota because of the excellent treatment I received the moment I walked in the door to when I drove off the lot in my new car. More
