I have purchased quite a few vehicles from Falmouth Toyota over the past 20 years and have always found the sales experience to be exceptional for a car dealership. Unlike most dealers, there is no pressure or attempts to sell you something you do not need or want. I always believe that the key to a good business is the employees. Falmouth Toyota is fairly unique in that the same staff has, for the most part been there for many years. They are all friendly and courteous. I have dealt mostly with Ray Bourgeois over the past 10 plus years and have always found him to be exceedingly honest and fair in all our dealings. My latest purchase of a 2013 Corolla was an exceptionally smooth process and Ray was able to get the exact vehicle I wanted. The sales process was again smooth and totally stress free. You can probably save a few dollars by going to one of the other dealers but I find that in the long run I am better off. As mentioned, the sales experience and post sales service is just so much better than the average new car dealer. I can be assured that I have purchased the vehicle I want. Additionally, I just purchased a used Corolla for my granddaughter from Falmouth Toyota, something I swore I would never do. My experience with a used car dealer convinced me that paying extra for one of Falmouth Toyota's r used vehicles, will in the long run be cheaper as I can be fairly assured that the car is in good shape mechanically and structurally. If I encounter any problems with the purchased vehicle, they bend over backwards to try to resolve the issue in a speedy and satisfactory manner. Overall, I would highly recommend Falmouth Toyota to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More

If Falmouth Toyota did not have such an excellent service team I may not have bought another Toyota. I trusted the service department and spoke to Tony about the different cars I was going to be looking at and he suggested the Venza. I am glad I listened to him as I love my Venza and know that if I have any problems that FalmouthToyota's service department will take care of them. More

I purchased my first car there over 20 years ago and will not go anywhere else, because of the customer service recieved each and every time. During this recent transaction; I had a budget to stay within; a specific size vehichle I needed and Matt Murphy made the numbers work, while Ron showed me the car. I had an idea of what I was looking for and Matt found the vehicle that fit my needs for the long term and within my budget. While waiting to sign the papers to pick up the new vehicle other people within the dealership offered my coffee/tea and a seat. They made conversation; it did not matter that I was not working directly with them; it was about customer service. Over the years, in working with the shop team; they are just as great. They are what keep me coming back. Toni, years ago said to me there are only a few things in life you need a few good friends and a good honest mechanic. He was right, all the service on my vehicles over the years has been with Falmouth Toyota, unless they recommend it be done elsewhere. People say the price you pay a the dealership for service is higher than at the local mechanic. My answer to that is Falmouth Toyota is my local mechanic, they know my car, they don't over charge me and they are on time and reliable. The team a Falmouth Toyota understand that customer service is the key. I plan on buying my next car there also and I will continue to have all the service done on both the cars I own there. More

My credit is not perfect and I had been shopping ar Peter Cavicchi, and the Falmouth Toyota staff for such a refreshing customer service experience. My credit is not perfect and I had been shopping around at several other dealers who were offering EZ credit and other bait (you know those keys they send in the mail "You are a guaranteed winner!" LOL) Some of my colleagues encouraged me to try Falmouth Toyota, and what a difference! I found respectful, knowlegable staff who actualy listen to the customer instead of trying to hard sell them. Thanks to Peter C. for going the extra mile in seeking financing, and Jack M's "no pressure" salesmanship, I was able to purchase a 2010 Camry with low mileage that is backed by a Toyota Certified Vehicle Service Agreement. More
