My Review of Andrew Toyota-Scion:
We were greeted at the door each time we arrived at the dealership, everyone is very personable and knowlegable. All dealings with Peter and Andy were unparalleled. In searching for our new truck they wasted no time in finding the exact truck we wanted. They each gave us their cell phones in case we had questions during the dealings of our new truck. The finance personnel (Jared) was also very knowledgable, answered all of our questions, extremely nice person to deal with.

Their customer lounge is very comfortable, plenty of refreshments, TV to watch, a kids area, a pleace to read the paper/magazines and also a place to make private phones if needed. The sales staff would come into the customer lounge to give not just us, but others as well, periodic updates. (You weren't just sitting there wondering what was happening.)

Overall, my wife and I agree that we have never been to any other place of business were we were treated with legenary customer service. We would recommend this dealership to anyone! Kudos to the entire staff!

Once again, we would like to say in dealing with both Peter and Andy they were top notch!

My Review of Andrew Toyota-Scion:
This was my very first automobile purchase and I was nervous about the whole experience
of buying a car. My mother suggested I visit Andrew Toyota because she had had positive experiences with this dealership. Initially I was hesitant because I wanted
an Accord; but after test-driving this car and feeling like I was being pressured by
the salesman to purchase a car that I didn't like, I followed her advice. Listening
to one's mother is always a good idea. Mom was right. I never felt pressured into
making an immediate decision regarding buying a new car. The gentlemen who helped me,
K.C. Han and Peter Klein, were (and are) exceptional! They made me feel comfortable
right from the start. They were knowledgeable, personable, helpful and patient with
me. I never felt pressured to make an immediate purchase. They encouraged me to try
different versions of the Camry, and to take my time when I went driving the cars.
Options were clearly explained and they made me feel special. The Camry pretty much
sold itself, but these two men made the experience of buying a new car a stress-free
experience. I bought a 2010 Camry from this dealership. I even was introduced to the owner of the dealership, Andy. It is because of KC and Peter that I am now driving a
car that is really choice! Always listen to your Mother.

My Review of Andrew Toyota-Scion:
I didn't feel pressured or rushed. Peter was very polite, pleasant and extremely knowledgeable of the Corolla LE and he was very patience with me. All my questions and requests were answered without delay. I wanted a printout from Toyota regarding the recall due to faulty brakes in cold weather and I emailed Peter on his off day which as Wednesday and He responded within a few hours. I was expecting an answer the next day. Peter went over everything in the vehicle with me before I drove off.
He aslo extended his customer service anytime no matter what. I was one of the most delightfulyl experiences of my life and I've purchased many cars in my life. I would recommend anyone to Andrew Toyota.

My Review of Andrew Toyota-Scion:
Peter in the Sales Department was very helpful and friendly. He answered all of my questions and came up with the pricing structure that I wanted for the lease of my new 2010 Camry. He also facilitated the return of my current leased vehicle and made that process extremely easy as well. Joyce in the Finance/Leasing Department was also knowledgable and friendly. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

My Review of Andrew Toyota-Scion:
I had a great experience at Andrew Toyota. I was interested in buying a new car, but like everyone else, I wanted the best deal I could get. Peter Klein worked with me, answered everyone of my e-mails-even if he wasn't in the office, and even in person he was super friendly and never once came across as pushy. Peter was very helpful, had suggestions, was willing to listen, gave some advice, and worked with me to get a great price on a new car.
Overall, Andrew Toyota's staff is friendly, not pushy/overbearing, seem to enjoy their jobs, and are people who are just happy to see you happy. I would definately recommend checking out Andrew Toyota if you are looking to buy/lease a car.

I had an excellent experience purchasing my new car at Andrew Totyota. I had a car accident where my car was totaled, so I contacted Andy Schlesinger at Andrew Toyota (where I had previously purchased two cars), who was out of town. He put me in contact with Peter Klein, who helped me choose a new car. Peter was in constant contact with Andy, and they both helped me got through this unanticipated car purchase. I dealt with Jared Johnson on the lease side of things, who explained things completed. Everyone that I had contact with at Andrew Toyota was professional, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Andrew Toyota and will go there again when I need another vehicle.
