My Review Of Andrew Toyota-Scion:

I first went to Andrew Toyota to service my 2005 Sequoia (purchased in Sheboygan) because of its proximity. I had very good fortune of running into Willie Willett there, and had him as my service advisor ever since. I might add that he is the main reason I decided to stick with Toyota. However, the rest of the staff that I dealt with is just as good, beginning with Marc Brandofina, who was kind enough to take his time and be thorough in all aspects of the sale and beyond (he picked me up from my home) to Peter Klein the SM who was very kind in meting “my demands” and overseeing the entire process. Christian in F&I office made sure I understood everything, and I thank him for explaining it to me several times, since my brain was resisting information at the time.
Overall an exceptional dealership.

excellent to work with. Tory was great, very professional. The combination of my dealership visit and work over the internet worked best for me. I would recomend Andrew Toyota.

My Review Of Andrew Toyota-Scion:

My Parents and I have had a great relationship with Andrew Toyota/Scion for over a decade. We have bought and serviced Toyotas, and more recently a Scion from Andrews. At all times, my elderly Parents, and I have been treated with respect, courtesy, and truthfulness by the sales team, service writers, and office personnel!

I now reside in WY, and tried to make a good deal on a new Corolla here and even in Colorado for over six months, both on the internet and by phone to no avail. The prices I received were outrageous, and the customer service was very poor.

I needed a vehicle, so with nothing to lose, I decided to call up Andrew Toyota to see if they could make me a good deal on a Corolla. Within a couple of days, Peter Klein and Michael Oppermann coordinated a great deal for me on a new Corolla. I wired the cash to them, knowing that they were a reputable dealership and so had no fear, whatsoever, that the cash would be misappropriated in any way. The integrity of both Peter and Michael along with Andrew Toyota/Scion is impeccable and without question! Remember, we had a decade of excellent history with Andrews both with their Sales and Service Departments.

Peter even sent the shuttle to pick me up from the train station. I had bought the Corolla, sight unseen, and Michael had even seen to it the the beautiful pinstriping had been done! I was very happy, yet after a few days, my back gave out, so I returned to Andrews to see what they could do to help me find a vehicle with more support for my ailing back.

Once again, both Michael and Peter came to my rescue, a.k.a. Batman and Robin, and introduced me to a Scion XB !!! I was ecstatic, as this Scion had a lumbar support built into the seat, and it rode higher off the ground, so I did not feel every bump in the road!! This Scion also held the road very well and steered like a Sherman Tank . I felt very safe driving this vehicle with all of the extra safety features, and airbags! Another great feature of this Scion was the Pioneer 160 waats Stereo system! I was definitely in Heaven with the Pioneer system! Also the bluetooth was another great addition to this Scion!

Michael and Peter knew that I had a 1200 mile drive home, and were very concerned that I felt safe and comfortable in this new Scion, as this was my first Scion. Honestly, when was the last tome that any car salesman ever CARED that you were happy and safe with your new vehicle?

I had to drive I-80 home and encountered black ice, snow, sleet, and heavy winds for most of my journey. This Scion handled all of this bad weather PERFECTLY! And, yes, it drove like a Sherman Tank, confidently, and with the utmost of precision and safety.

Yes, I did have to pay a little more cash to finalize the deal on the Scion, yet every penny was worth it to me, because I am 100% satisfied with my ScionXB, and my back has never had a pain at all with that great lumbar support in the seat!

I just made a 1,300 mile trip, followed by a 600 mile trip ten days later, and both the Scion and I are in perfect shape!

When I was on my way out of town for a long business trip, I again called up Andrews for some additional information on the ScionXB, and talked to Mr. Duane Domagalski, Service Manger. This gentleman is 'cut of the same cloth" as Peter and Michael are. He politely gave me the information I needed, not noted in the manual, so once again I felt confident to continue my trip . It is so nice to know that eventhough I was 1,400 miles away from Milwaukee, Duane took the time to answer my questions promptly. Duane, just like Peter and Michael, believe that good customer service can never be compromised in the least! Once a customer at Andrews, always a customer!!

When I decide to buy another car, I will be back at Andrews/Scion once again. That is a given!!

My Review Of Andrew Toyota-Scion:

I had done all my homework ahead of time (was formerly in car business, but not with Toyota) and didn't end up making it to Andrew, but wanted to commend Peter Klein on his responsiveness and professionalism. It didn't work out mostly beause of geographics, but I'd recommend contacting Peter about a new Toyota vehicle lease/purchase to anyone - I'll be in touch with him for our next car.

My Review Of Andrew Toyota-Scion:

Mark was very attentive to what I was looking for and helped me through the decision process as we purchased a used Toyota Sienna. He was right there for every step of the process and was very knowledgeable about the vans, regardless of the year. He made sure all my questions were sufficiently answered before I brought my wife around to see the Sienna I selected, and he even took the time to review everything with her (in more detail than I expected, but I know my wife appreciated hearing it from him instead of me. :)

Peter is the internet manager. Though I heard from Steve Cisero by email, Peter came over and introduced himself and talked with me about the process, which was nice to get the extra touch from someone working on the internet side.

Jared handled the financing and paperwork. That went pretty smoothly.

Finally, there was a mechanic named Mike who found the source for a mystery part that we had been trying to figure out from an earlier test drive. While it would have been nice to have it figured out before we had finished the purchase, it was great to see Mike (and a couple other guys from service) trying to figure out where the part came from and fixing it.

My Review Of Andrew Toyota-Scion:

Peter Klein in the Internet department was more than willing to bargain with me in good faith. That was extremely important to me. During our search for a new vehicle we made it clear to all dealers Internet departments that we were going to buy a vehicle before months end and pay cash. Most were willing to negotiate. Wilde Toyota was downright rude and terribly out matched with Peter and his professionalism. I would choose Peter Klein and Andrew Toyota over anyone! I WOULD NOT choose Wilde over anybody! The price and service we got with Peter Klein at Andrew Toyota was unmatched, thank you Peter.

My Review Of Andrew Toyota-Scion:

I have been servicing all of my vehicles for years with Andrew Toyota. They always are very honest and up front with everything. In the service department, I have worked mainly with Willie. When bringing in my cars, I feel it is more like stopping by a friends house than having my vehicle serviced. When Willie is not around, everyone else in the service area has been more than helpful. It was because of this service that I looked to purchase our most recent car at Andrew... I worked with Peter Klein. Peter was a pleasure to work with and was very accomodating to us. He made sure that he showed us every feature on our Venza, and made it very clear that we could call him ANY time for anything regarding the vehicle. My wife was impressed with the time he took to hook her phone up to the bluetooth and answer any questions that she had. We will be working with Andrew Toyota for years to come....both in the service and sales departments.....Jared in the finance department was also great to work with. Thank you Willie,Peter,Jared and the rest of the Andrew Toyota group.

My Review Of Andrew Toyota-Scion:

Worked with the Internet Group At Andrew (Pete). Very responsive and upfront. Gave the best price up front that other Dealers in Chicago/Milwaukee wouldn't touch (I shopped their quote to others and other dealers said "No Thanks"). They didn't try to sell a bunch of other add-ons I didn't need and worked with my short time deadline to deliever the van I needed. I liked the new Honda but this Dealer won the deal for Toyota. Love the Sienna so far!

Complete rockstar performance from Andrew Toyota, Jared, and Peter. We got the exact vehicle we wanted and more. Jared really went out of his way to make sure we were completely satisfied and informed. Not only did we get the vehicle and options we wanted, but we were also helped to stay in our budget, very important! Peter is the master of bluetooth and the ins and outs of understanding our vehicle...thanks again Peter. We couldn't be happier with Andrew Toyota and crew, and our new Sienna.
We really cannot speak highly enough of our experience and we love our new Toyota dealer! Thanks again Jared.

My Review Of Andrew Toyota-Scion:

Before I even went to this dealership, Peter sent me a quote online that was lower than any other dealer I had talked to. I didn't feel the pressure to haggle with prices because I already knew I was getting a pretty good deal. The team was very friendly and answered all of the questions I had. Jared in financing was wonderful in giving me advice regarding financing and helped me pick out an appropriate package. I only rated the experience as a 4 because the first new car I got ended up having a faulty wire and I had to go back the same day to get a different, but identical car. This was a hassle, but it obviously wasn't this dealership's fault and they were wonderful in keeping me updated with what was going on and making sure I was comfortable with the car I ended up with and all of its options. I would 100% go to them with my business again and recommend them to others.
