Quite frankly I was shocked, as I have never witnessed this with any car I previously owned. I quickly contacted my Lexus service consultant, Maria Morales, who immediately scheduled an appointment for me. She calmed me down and assured me not to worry and that the issue would be corrected. When my wife and I arrived at the dealership Maria was there to greet us with a warm smile. She explained that the situation I described sometimes happens. The doors of the Lexus are designed to harmlessly funnel unusually large amounts of rain water striking the vehicle through pre- drilled drainage holes at the bottoms of the doors. Maria concluded that these holes had likely become clogged over time, and that the staff mechanics had a special tool to clear them. Rather than have us wait, Maria graciously accommodated us with a loaner vehicle. The problem apparently was an easy fix and we have had no more issues with rain water. It is very reassuring to know that whenever an issue with our Lexus should arise we can reach out to a true professional like Maria and obtain immediate help. We are most grateful to Maria for her assistance, professionalism, and kind, courteous nature! More

Just last year we successfully made our first purchase of a vehicle here and were very pleased with the dealership. We were hoping that we would "roll lucky sevens" once again. We are happy to report that "Lady Luck" appeared in the form of Lexus Sales Consultant Gohar Arustamyan! Gohar warmly greeted us with big smiles. She carefully went through the list of available vehicles that we had researched from their inventory. We easily examined eight vehicles, with Gohar carefully explaining the pros and cons of each. She expertly answered all of our questions and demonstrated a thorough understanding of the different vehicle engine types, equipment, and amenities. At one point she was kind enough to take us into the basement area of Lexus to show as a vehicle that had just been acquired by the dealership! After several hours we finally decided on a beautiful pre-owned Lexus NX 300. Gohar arranged for us to take a test drive. We wanted the car but reached a bit of an impasse over the price and certification. Gohar assured us to not fret. She diligently and tirelessly worked with us and sales management until we hammered out a deal that made everyone happy. My wife and I know without a doubt that without Gohar's tireless efforts in our behalf a deal would never would have been struck. She never once tried to force a sale on us, was completely transparent and honest at all times, and genuinely did everything to accommodate us during our visit. She made us relax. She has a charming and warm personality coupled with a beautiful laugh and smile. We not only purchased a great car on this occasion but also made a new friend! My wife and I recently purchased a pre-owned, certified, 2019, RX350 Lexus SUV from Lexus of Queens. We wished to have hub nut wheel locks installed on this beautiful vehicle. We also wanted the service staff to take a look at the car's CD player which was acting erratically. Some days it would play fine and on other occasions not at all. Shortly after arriving at the service area we were promptly greeted by Maria Morales our service consultant. She politely ushered us into her office and made us comfortable. She created an intake service request and carefully documented the reasons for our visit. As she was doing this we took the opportunity to ask her a number of questions regarding some of the operational functions of the vehicle that we were not familiar with. She answered all of our questions completely and expertly. After the intake was completed Maria seated us in the waiting area. She made sure to keep us regularly updated as to the progress of the work and assessment of the cd player. About 90 minutes later she came back to tell us the wheel locks had been installed and that after consultation with service the CD player would have to be replaced. Because our vehicle was certified there would be no charge. Maria placed an order request for a new player and we were happily on our way. She also included a free car wash certificate for a car wash business located near our home! We truly feel that Maria is an outstanding staff member at Lexus of Queens. Her gentle demeanor, courteous and professional manner, and expertise in service will keep us coming back as a Lexus customer. Thank you Maria! More
