The entire process from the moment I spoke on the phone with Diana until Peter walked me out to my car was amazing. Never once had a "sales pitch' "let me talk to my manager" atmosphere. My neighbor referred me to Infiniti of Manhasset and Salesperson Peter Matarazzo. They recently leased a 2013 JX 35. Peter was very friendly and knowledgeable about the JX35. My time is limited so we communicated through emails and phone calls. Peter explained the features and benefits of all the packages. My wife and I picked up the car the next day. The staff there were very friendly and knowledgeable about the cars that they are selling.The sales personnel took there time explaining all of the features on the car and how they worked until you were satisffied.I would recommened this dealership and there personnel in the future.

This dealership was great I found the car that I was lookng for and got the best price out there I worked with Peter Materazzo and he was very helpful and answered all my questions thoroughly and politely he was great. When I decided to purchase the new 2012 infiniti fx35 limited edition suv i went to my closest dealership. I was unhappy with the service and pricing so i decided to go to a different infiniti dealership. I was unhappy with the service and pricing I received as well. I then went to Infiniti of Manhasset. I was approached by Pete Matterazo who was kind and caring towards my needs. He made my buying experience go from a major headache to a care free enjoyable experience. These three guys made what would be a nightmare of a transaction a pleasure.See, I bought a used car from another dealer that was smart enough to take the vehicle to INFINITY OF MANHASSET to be serviced. They took me aside and explained all that was wrong with the car and took me under their wing.Usaully I would be a little defensive and weary but they really made me feel as if my mom was there to wipe away my tears after a bad fall.They are very profesional and curtious.Go and see them before or after you by a new or used car.If you go before,you'll be glad you did.
