This was one of the best experiences, I've had with a dealer. I am currently having one of the worst times in my life. I was dreading the new car process. Peter Poliandro and Salvino Architto really s dealer. I am currently having one of the worst times in my life. I was dreading the new car process. Peter Poliandro and Salvino Architto really sympathized with the issues of my life and really made this transaction as smooth as possible. With so much wrong in my life, I am so grateful for the efforts of these two. They really saved me. I also want to add David in the service department was equally as helpful and empathetic. Overall, I have nothing negative to say about these three. They all possess wonderful dispositions and pleasant demeanors. Something I really needed. More

I scheduled 1pm maintenance. I showed up 1:15pm. Waited until 2pm. Then returned home to wait. Got a phone call around 2:30 that it will be done in 20min but they called for chec I showed up 1:15pm. Waited until 2pm. Then returned home to wait. Got a phone call around 2:30 that it will be done in 20min but they called for checking payment schedule rather than giving me an alert when my service is finished. So i didnt get real phone call saying my service is finished so i can pick up. So i went around 3:55 to pick up my car and entire place was locked up and everyone w gone. You must notify your customer that you are closing at certain hour so if i dont come until you close, you are gonna just leave my car in the drive way and take my key which is chained with my home key. I found my car left alone on your drive way. What kind of service is this? I got a help from sales people to open up the gargage and get my key and car back. But this was not pleasant at all. More

When you hear or see Mercedes Benz there is an expectation of 1st class service. Benzel-Busch provides that and more in spades. Peter P. is a salesman who knows the vehicles and the business.
