I've always been very pleased with my service. I've dealt with both Peter and Tyler( service managers)and their predecessors, and Ryan and Steve (mechanics)and their predecessors. I've always been pleased with the ability and and friendly attitude of both the service managers and mechanics. I bought my 205.5 Jetta TDI about 5 1/2 years ago, and have now about 98000 miles on the car. I have brought it in to the dealership for each and every one of the prescribed service intervals, and have always been treated well. I would not take my car anywhere else for service.
