Peter grew up in Candia, NH and attended high school at Manchester High School Central. He then enlisted in the US Marine Corps in January of 1998 and was honorably discharged in February of 2007 at the rank of Staff Sergeant. He spent his years as a Marine in the infantry and served abroad in Italy, Malta, France, Spain, Germany, Okinawa, Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, Bahrain, and Afghanistan. He is currently Internet Manager at AutoFair Honda and has been there since December of 2006.

My Review of AutoFair Honda:
Shantel was amazing!!! This was the best and quickest new car purchase I've ever had (and I've had plenty). By the time I finished signing my documents, she transferred every setting from my old car to my new one (radio stations, light and lock settings, etc.). Thank you very much Shantel!!! Peter made the experience "not too painful". I hate buying a car in the winter and usually do not like the entire process. Peter was very professional and not pushy. He did not send over another person to try to talk me into paying more which I liked very much.

My Review of AutoFair Honda:
The people at Auto Fair Honda were wonderful. They were friendly and helpful. They worked as a team to come up with the car I wanted. They also provided various alternatives in purchasing or leasing a new Accord. I did not feel any pressure by any one of the team members. Once I signed the paperwork they got the car ready and had me inspect the interior and exterior. They reviewed with me all the options and helped to set up those options as I wanted them. I highly recommend the Autofair Team.

My Review of AutoFair Honda:
I often walk by Auto Fair Honda when walking my dogs, and one day, before the dealership opened, I walked through the lot and a Honda Fit caught my eye. I mentioned it to my wife. We went back later in the day and as we walked through the lot, Peter Wilcott came out to speak with us. He showed us a used Fit, we discussed the price range I was looking for, and exchanged contact information.

Peter called the next day and I told him that I really wasn't in the market for a new car. I was very happy with my 10-year old Civic EX that ran perfectly despite having 170K miles. I told Peter that if any specials or deals came up to give me a call and we left it at that.

A couple of weeks later Peter called me and told me that they had a 0.9% financing deal and that he thought he could find a new Civic or Fit in my price range. I went back to the dealership, test drove a Fit Sport and liked it.

Peter knew the car and its features, and was very aware of my financial requirements in purchasing a car. At no point did he use a “hard-sell” technique, and I appreciated his approach.

I cannot say the same for the “closer” that was brought in to finish the deal (whose name I unfortunately can’t remember). I explained to both Peter and the closer that I do not make impulse purchases, and that I wanted 24 hours to think about the deal. The closer refused to take that as an answer, repeatedly asking me, “What can I do to get you to leave here today in this car?” Though I continually told him there was nothing he could do to make that happen, he persisted. This was both uncomfortable and annoying and I left Auto Fair seriously doubting that I would purchase the car.

The following morning Peter called me and told me in their sales meeting that morning they had decided to grant a final concession for which I had asked. I went back to Auto Fair later that afternoon and agreed to purchase the vehicle.

The bottom line is that I would not have purchased the vehicle were it not for Peter Wilcott’s professional approach. He was honest, above board and persistent in a non-threatening or pressuring way. He took the time to listen to my needs in a car, and paid close attention to my financial requirements. I know Peter didn’t make a lot of money on this car, yet he approached the deal as if it were as big as any he had ever made. Peter has earned a customer for life and I give him my highest recommendation.

My Review of AutoFair Honda:
I hate trading cars or atleast I did until I met Peter Wilcott.
I just bought my second car from him and I must say he is the best salesman I have ever dealt with. I told him what I wanted and the payment I needed. We worked together and in a very short couple of hours I drove off with my new car.
Peter showed concern for what I wanted and tried very hard to make it happen for me. Absolutely no sales pitch or pressure. It was all about what I wanted or needed.
Autofair Honda is a wonderful place to do business and I hope they realize what a great salesperson they have. I will definitely go back and will recommend Peter to anyone looking for a new car. Thank you!

My Review of AutoFair Honda:
My husband and I went to Autofair Honda to look at a specific vehicle with a specific price range to work with. The sales guy (Pete Wilcott) was great. Showed us exactly what we wanted to see and did not try to push us to look at other vehicles or to spend more than we could afford at the time. He was able to explain the vehicle thoroughly inside and out (as if he personally drove the vehicle everyday). We also were working with a trade and received an extremely fair trade-in value. Everyone was was nice to work with from the sales department to financing. We were able to purchase the vehicle we wanted and drive it off the lot within just a short couple of hours. I have personally had previous experience with this dealership in the past for the purchase of a new vehicle and for service. The people and prices have always been great (not over priced like most dealerships). I would definitely go back to Autofair Honda again and have already referred them to family!!

My Review of AutoFair Honda:
I originaly went to Autofair Honda and purchased a 2007 Honda Pilot which is when I met Peter. I loved the vehicle so much and noticed that there was a lease deal so I called Peter and asked him to start working on getting me into one. Within a month and a half of his hard work, we finally made a deal. The dealership itself has alot of inventory with lots of choices. The people are all awesome, especilly the best sales guy I have ever dealt with!
