This person exemplifies the very best in service for a car dealership. He is personal, compasionate, and attentive. It is always a pleasure to go there and have him available, because we are immediately taken care of and have the joy of a good, strong relationship. We don't find this many places in any business today.

I am 61 years old and have always bought Chrysler products. This is my first Chevrolet and I bought a Chevy Equinox last year. Jack Maxton Chevrolet is the first dealer that i have bought from who has a Quick Service department, separate from the regular service area. It is a great idea and has been a great experience. The hours are convenient and no appointment is required. The manager, Phil Bruce, has always been pleasant, knowledgable, and helpful. My car is usually in and out in a timely manner and I no longer "dread" having to take my car in for routine maintenance.

All of the areas of service at Jack Maxton are wonderful. Everytime I visit the Quick service area for oil changes, etc. Phil Bruce is always friendly, helpful, and a great asset to this organization. The regular service area is also outstanding. I would never buy another car anywhere else because of the service.

Mr. Bruce and the staff are professional, direct and to the point. They have a job to do, recognize people need to get going and they are friendly without rushing.
I was caught in the changeover when one dealer closed and had to take my car and my fiancee's car to Maxton and both are taken care of properly.

The Quick Service Plus has been very useful for me. I get a quick and fast oil change, tire rotation, fluid fill ups and more and I am on my way. Phil Bruce is a quality guy, always friendly, helpful, and ready to serve. He sold be a set of tires when I was in need and they have been great. All the guys working there are always willing to go the extra mile to help and answer questions. I think Phil sets the example and the rest follow. I've been going there for over 15 years and the last several years I have been dealing with Phil. Keep up the good work Phil. Too bad your golf game is not as good as your service.

I have been dealing with Jack Maxton exclusively for the last 12 years. The sales people are knowledgeable, the service department bends over backwards to make sure you are satisfied, and you cannot find a better Quick Lube/Oil change place in the city of Columbus and it's surroundings.

Everyone at the dealership treats you like a valued customer, and listens to any concerns you may have.

Jack Maxton and Phil Bruce have service all my cars and i have ben pleased with the seed and quality that i have received in the years that i have coming to Jack Maxton's.But Phil has always polite and Curtis to me and other customer when waiting on my service to be completed . I think Phil and all his people get a (A) rating in my book.

I would like to thank Phil for his work on my mother's 1993 Ford Crown Victoria (grease/oil change). My wife and I drive Jack Maxton Chevy's but were using my mother's big car for a family vacation. At my request, Phil and his staff took that extra look at belts, hoses, etc. to assure we would not have any obvious unpleasant surprises on our trip.

We plan to buy Jack Maxton cars in the future because of people that work there like Phil.

I have been going to the quick service department for probably 5 years. I have always been impressed with the quality of employees, and the quality of the work. Of course, it's just a oil change, but I made the mistake of going to one of the "10 minute" oil change places, and they spilled oil all over the motor and skid plate, and also rounded off the oil pan bolt, and they didn't tell me either of these things. I found out about the oil spill when I got home and it dripped all over my driveway, leaving stains. The oil pan bolt was found when I went for my next oil change.

I have always had a positive experience with Jack Maxton Quick Service, and will continue to use the service. They are polite, clean and fast on the service.
