After a brief career in the golf business and one too many three putts, I was recruited into the automobile business by some friends who purchase a new car dealership in Key West Florida. After 10 years in sunny Florida, I moved to Richmond in 1988. I have been in the auto business for almost 33 years and have focused my career on taking care of customers and treating people the way that they want to be treated. I have been at Capital since July 2007, and I appreciate the fact that our dealership shares my same fundamentals for customer satisfaction and appreciation. I have never worked a place that has so many repeat customers.
I am originally from Stafford Virginia.
I have a daughter Brittany who is a dean's list student at VCU

My Review Of Capital Chevrolet GMC:

Work with Capital GMC in Powhatan was a wonderful experience. I purchased a new 2013 Malibu which I am in love with. Kent Cole, my salesman made the process smooth, he was patient and was able to meet all my needs and expectations. Phil Gracik, as Manager, sealed the deal for me. I never felt pressured and they made the car buying experience the best one I have ever had. I would totally reccomend Kent as the salesman to ask for and I would highly reccomend this dealership.

I look forward to a long relationship with the dealership and will never hesitate to reccomend them to anyone!

My Review Of Capital Chevrolet GMC:

I lived at Lake Gaston NC for several years, and all my business was with Sadler Chev. in Emporia. When the dealership was sold I transfered my business dealings to Capital GM in Powhatan because it was much closer to my new location in Amelia Va. The entire staff at Capital has been very friendly and knowledgeable. I have bought and traded several cars and trucks from them. I wouldn't go anywhere else for service or a new vehicle even though GM as a company is getting a lot of bad publicity relating to it's govt. dealings and out of the country dealings namely communist China.

To GM Corp.
You need to reconsider your dealings with Communist countries. There is a growing dislike by real America(working class)Patriots.

My Review Of Capital Chevrolet GMC:

I just purchased my second vehicle from Capital Chevrolet, and both experiences have been great. Peggy Beach and Phil Gracik went of their way to find additional rebates from GM to help get me the best possible price on my new Silverado. They were more than fair in the appraisal of my trade, and they maintained a low pressure approach which I appreciated. We have also dealt with Chris in the service department since buying our Suburban in 2008, and he has always gone out of his way to take care of any problems.

My Review Of Capital Chevrolet GMC:

I contacted this dealer after searching for a new corvette online. They had the color I was looking for. They invited me to come take a look at it. I went there shortly after my phone call and met with Kent Cole and Phil Gracik. Very professional, and considerate of my wants and needs. In less than 90 minutes I was on the road in my new corvette. If you like a family atmosphere, low keyed, yet highly knowledgable staff then I encourage you to go out to Powhatan and visit these folks. Kent Cole is a superb sales associate that you will enjoy working with.
