People who know me know that my proudest moments in life usually have something to do with my children and grandchildren, but I am also proud of the time I have spent in the car business here in the Peoria area. It is not often that a person gets the opportunity to do a job they love, but I have been able to do that since 2010. It is even rarer that a person finds an organization that they can work and grow in for as long as I have. I have been a salesperson, sales manager and now a General Manger in what I believe is the premier automobile organization in Central Illinois. I hope that my years of experience can be of assistance for all of our friends now and in the future here at Jaguar Land Rover Peoria.

They had my vehicle for approx. 1 month. They had +24hrs notice of my arrival. Vehicle had a bird and a half in the front grill & underbody. Phil fixed it! Fluids not leveled, interior not cleaned.(Phil di notice of my arrival. Vehicle had a bird and a half in the front grill & underbody. Phil fixed it! Fluids not leveled, interior not cleaned.(Phil didn't fix those). (Didn't care about either until I walked up on bird in my grill). This is Not my first 'luxury' dealership experience. This is Definitely Not Luxury Service. Monopoly sevice??? Luxury invoice was received & paid in full. I'll travel into rush hour traffic & sit in an Electric Vehicle, b4 I return to this place. They were very polite & customer service seemed great on the front end. Aaron has sadness in his voice when he read me my final invoice.....I seriously question the work done, so I'm having someone check their work. No worries, I won't be putting my vehicle back on the market, ever. More

Unprofessional and Dishonest Dealership Me and my husband traveled over 2 and half hours to this dealership to purchase a vechicle. Upon our arrival to the dealership, we were told by the general manager that he would not sell us the vechile that we traveled over 240 miles to purchase. The management at this dealership is very unprofessional, dishonest, and disrespectful. I highly suggest not making the mistake that myself and my husband made by working with this dealership. More

Great bunch of people! I always dread buying a car because, well you know. These guys were great. We arrived on the lot and looked around quite a bit before we were approach I always dread buying a car because, well you know. These guys were great. We arrived on the lot and looked around quite a bit before we were approached. Aaron brought out key fobs so we could look inside of a few we were interested in. That helped me rule out actually the one we went to see. We ended up driving one car that night. After a couple days of the usual back and forth, which was pretty low pressure, and trust me I hate being pestered, we arrived at a deal. The whole process was painless. I took the car for a week, then it was going back for a modification. Aaron brought me a loaner to my house. When it was finished, Eric brought my new car back and made sure I knew how everything worked. He had a nice long checklist. This made lots of sense to me to drive it for a week and become familiar with it, then see what I still needed to know. More
