My Review of Rapid Chevrolet Cadillac:
Phil was very easy to work with and helped me while deployed to ensure the vehicle i wanted was available upon my return. He also worked tirelessly to find me the best deals and even found me further discounts upon my arrival. He also worked in detail to make sure my new car was perfect before i took it from the lot. This salesman has made my purchase one of the best possible and I would recommend not only him but also this dealership to my friends and family.

Both Chad and Phil were professional, knowledgable, friendly, courteous and patient. They went out of their way to make sure we understood everything about our transaction and our car. Over all the Best experience we had in buying a vehical EVER. We were in and out with no Bs.I had been working with the Chevy Dealer in Spearfish for 2 weeks! Finally got fed up with the BS and them trying to get me into a car I did NOT want. That I said to heck with it and went over to Rapid City Cherolet. Phil was awesome to work with so friendly and helpful made us feel at home. Chad the finance manager was also great to work with. They got us into the Vehical we wanted. I wish they had an easy button to push on my way out:-) Will tell all my friends. :-) Thank You Rapid Chevrolet.

Phil S.emailed about 20 pictures of an Equinox. This vehicle had exactly what Cathy
wanted in a suv.

Will S.is the type of salesman one likes to buy from. He indicated he would do whatever

I was greeted friendy with respect. Had open honest discusions concerning the price of the new vehicle as well as my trade-in. My description of vehicle shopping is that I would rather go to the dentist than shop for a new vehicle but I felt good about this experience with Phil and Rapid Chevrolet
