Ms. Kristina Cartolano sent me an email with all the variants about ES350,2011 and the new color of 2012. I made the decision in 10 minutes which variant to buy. I did not get similar information from any of your competion. I came only to this dealer and bought the car. This saved me a lot of precious time.

Kristina was very gracious and pleasant to work with. She is a very good employee to your business.

Equally good was Punit Kapoor from the begining and explained all the lexus functions lile a pro.

Experience of purchasing this car was the best in my lifetime.

I heard great reviews of this dealership from my friends but experienced first hand today when I went their to buy a SUV for myself. I was fortunate enough to meet Mr Puneet Kapoor who is a customer delight,he is not only very friendly but also understand my needs,he made an effort and successfully get me a deal which nearly satisfied my requirements.He is very knowledgable and explained me all the technical as well as financial aspect of the car thoroughly.
I highly recommend this dealer ship, with having sales persons as good and helpful as Mr Kapoor which makes your car buying experience a delightful one.

My Review of Lexus of Edison:
Competitive prices and the best customer service are the best way to describe my experience at Lexus of Edison.I went to this dealership at the recommendations of my friend who had also purchased his car last year and had an amazing experience. I walked in and asked for Mr. Puneet Kapoor (my friend recommended him) and in almost 3 hours I was out with a brand new car. Mr.Kapoor explained all the features of the various models, my financing options, delivery etc. and answered all my questions very patiently. He made sure I understood and agreed woith whatever was happening with paperwork that I had to sign and never rushed me like other sales folk usually do. Since it was getting late he assured me that it would be OK for me to call someone to help with driving the other car to the destination as I was alone. I have bought quite a few cars previously, but never had it easy and never got to take my new car the same day....I am very thankful to this dealership for making it so easy for me. I strongly recommend this establishment for its prices, service and excellent quality and kudos to Mr. Kapoor for putting it all together for me!!!!

I had been working on replacing my current vehicle and it was a difficult process primarily due to the experience I had with the previous dealer. I had to ensure that the pains I had been through do not repeat more importantly when one is looking to buy luxury vehicle. All in all it was very important for me that the dealership I approach this tme provided me service and support that I desire. It is very important that people from sales group are not forcing the sale. After having done my complete research, I chose Lexus Of Edison. My study revealed that this dealership had very specialized teams in the areas of lease, sales, service and even internest sales. That was the firt indicator that this dealer values customer service as an important part of business. My visit and dealing with Mr. Puneet Kapoor, further convinced me that it was right decision. I surveyed with various dealers and I must state that this sales person not for once made me feel that it was about him acheiving his sales targets. His approach was to seek to understand what I needed, wanted to ensure that Lexus was the right place for me to start with and last but not the least the model I was opting for was the correct one. He took special attention to the details that I did not even account for and helped me making the right decision based on evaluation of all factors. Since my purchase, I am still in contact with him because he has always been there to help me when it was issue around technical confusion and he got me the answers. His pleasant and professional appearance, friendly approach, courteous behavious, focus towards making correct decisions were soem of the core values that have stuck to my memory. I recommend anyone who is looking to buy their next luxury car to visit this dealership and approach Puneet. I am confident that even if one is not a Lexus fan and user, after the first visit you will lean towards this car and from thsi dealership.

I was shopping for a used car I saw one on Lexus of Edison website I called the dealer and spoke to Mr. Puneet Kapoor about the car and wanted to make sure the car is in good condition and did not wanted any surprises when I get to the dealership as I am 60miles from them. Mr. Kapoor was very professional and very knowledgeable and this is my best car buying experience I would recommend my family and friends to Mr. Kapoor.

I was in the market for almost a month or so to lease a brand new lexus and went to several dealerships. The hunt for the right dealership who could overall give me the best deal ended at Lexus of Edison. I was taken care of by employee named Puneet Kapoor. Without the hassle of haggling or any kind of sales pressure, he offered me the best deal which no other dealership could offer and i was out of the showroom in less than 2 hours after completing all of the required paperwork with a brand new Lexus. The kind of treatment & service i received from this dealership & Puneet absolutely exceeded my expectations. salesman was great, management team was very helpful.we enjoyed the process of sales and finance was very smooth.we were treated very well.we were offered test driving of different car with no argument. we were offered coffee and snacks.the showroom looked like a nice hotel.best part was we got the car for price we wanted.
