Quay Harriott at Springfield Acura

I think the charge for many hours on the high labor costs was somewhat exceeded the actual time a tech would spending on the repair jobs. Other than that, the customer service and repair jobs are excellent.

Quay always provide EXCELLENT customer service to me. He goes above and beyond to ensure that I am 100% satisfied with the information, as well as, the wait time. I very appreciative of that. I purchased my car in 2003 from Springfield Acura, so I have encountered several service reps and none of them can compare Quay. He gets an A+++++ in my book. He makes my trips in for service all the more pleasurable.

Have been going there for service since 2001. They are always so professional and friendly. Never had a bad expirience. I would recommend their service department to everyone.

Quay was the srevice manager i dealt with. He was phenominal. I received exceptional service. Great crew all together and extremely happy with the way I was treated. Again, Special thanks to Quay for all he did for me.

Always friendly, informative and prompt. Although no reason was found for my car's cruise control not working, I feel the service professionals did their best to diagnose and fix the problem. The loaner car was greatly appreciated.

I have 3 Acura vehicles and I tried taking them to different Acura dealers because they were close to my job, but they do not service my vehicles very well and have good customer service as Springfield does.

I will always take my 2002 acura rl to Springfield Acura .Since I been coming to Springfield Acura I had good experience with the dealership.

The customer service is always great at Acura. You get taken care of as soon as you walk in the door. I'm given an estimated time that my service will be done. And it is close to the time that I'm given. I love that I'm getting my car washed as part of the service. While waiting you get to watch television and enjoy the coffee,drinks and snacks. Thanks Acura for your great service!!

The staff at the Acura dealership greeted me pleasantly when I arrived. Quay was courteous and professional and explained in detail what the service entailed. He assured me that my car would be taken care of right away and told me approximately how long I would have to wait. I was very satisfied with the service and based on my interaction with Quay would recommend this Acura dealership to my family and friends.

The service was completed within the promised timeframe .
All the workers were friendly. A topper, car was washed,
dried and pulled up to the entrance.
Breakfast was also available .
