Quince Maly at Jon Lancaster Toyota & Scion

My wife and I wee in need of a new, reliable, minivan. After roughly a month-long process in testing other dealerships and vehicles, we returned back to Jon Lancaster Toyota where we started. The people we dealt with, primarily Maria and Quince, were very helpful and not "over-the-top" in closing the deal. We are very pleased with our vehicle as well as dealing with the service folks since the purchase. Gene Arndt was very helpful in our one discussion. We look forward to transitioning to another Toyota vehicle in the future!

I went to visit the Toyota dealership very unhappy in regard to my past Prius that I had fallen in love with. Tasha was part of seeing my 2010 in sad shape from an accident and had done some research to find another one for me. She found a good price for me and was extremely patient while I went though a few of their new Prius's. So I was extremely happy when I was able to come home with a nicer package including leather heated seats and a navigational system. She was very personable and meet the needs that a business women would need in a car! I would go back to her again just because she was there for me and found the car that was perfect for me! Also, Quince did his Tax homework for us and that was an eye opener and of great HELP for the sale of this car. Thanks

My entire experience at Jon Lancaster was fabulous. Dave Virgell is without a doubt the best car salesman I have ever bought/leased a car from. He was funny, down to earth, honest- and made the whole experience stress free. I never felt pressured to say yes to anything, as Dave was a great listener and very understanding of my budget. All the employees were very accommodating, and I look forward to bringing my new 2012 Camry SE into the service shop for all my car needs. Thanks!!!

We were very delighted working with Trevor he answered all our questions and made buying a Toyota a very pleasant experiance. Trevor was so friendly everytime we came into the dealership, and was very patient with all the questions we had and helped us to find the right car for us, we love our new Camry and will tell everyone about your great service and that if they need a new or used car see Trevor. Thank you for all the help and patience, and for explaining all the features we have with the "new re-designed Camry"... We are thinking of adopting Trevor..lol thanks again Trevor you were awesome. My experience at Jon Lancaster could not have been better. I had done my research and solicited quotes from 3 different dealerships. Tashi and Quince the sales manager didn't just try to sell me a car. They listened to my needs and offered their advice on why a venza was right for me and did everything in their power to not only make sure I bought a Venza, but that I bought it from them.

As they were honest with me, I was honest with them, and I informed them of my shopping with the other dealerships. After talking further with the other dealerships and respecting the offer that they made me, I realized that no other Toyota dealer even came close to what Tashi and Quince had offered to do for me. For that, I purchased the Venza 2 days later and Jon Lancaster will be doing all of my service as well.

I am a sales rep who knows how to play the game, and I could not be more impressed with the treatment I was given at JL Toyota. I would recommend Tashi, Quince to help anyone find the car they are looking for. I even challenge you to find better, because I've got news for you..... You won't find better.

This is my second Toyota from Jon Lancaster and my first from Trevor. He is very easy going and not pushy and made the whole sales process extremely easy for me. I highly recommend Jon Lancaster and Trevor if your in the market for a new Toyota.

I started with receiving a Internet price quote on a vehicle I was interested in. The staff responded to the request within minutes and provided very staightforward and great pricing on not just the vehicle I requested, but for several similar vehicles. All staff that I worked with were extremely helpful and they worked as a team. The staff at Jon Lancaster answered my questions promptly. Staff at Jon Lancaster went the extra mile to ensure everything went smoothly and they gave me a great price on the vehicle I selected. We walked into Jon Lancaster to look at a Yaris. Ben Morris was our salesperson. He was wonderful to work with. He was so knowledgeable about the car, and everything to do with the car. He explained all of our questions with detail and complete understanding of what he was talking about. When he explained how the braking system worked, he even gave us a visual demonstration that was most helpful.

Our whole experience was wonderful. Ben was there every step of the way, and no question or concern went unanswered. Quince was very supportive, and Chris walked us through the financing paperwork with no problems.

I can't say enough good things about our new car purchase. Ben, Quince and Chris made the whole experience fun and easy. We will definitely be buying our next car from Jon Lancaster, and Ben Morris will be our salesman.

Keep up the good work, and we will be telling anyone who will listen to go to Jon Lancaster, not only for the best sales experience, but the best cars. Toyota is, in my humble opinion, the best, safest car on the road today.

My wife and I had received an email from one of the sales personnel and decided to check into getting a new vehicle based on better gas mileage. We were able to trade in our Subaru Tribeca and found that we would be able to save money on gas expense, starting the first week of driving the New Toyota Corolla. We were able to work through some financing issues and get a great loan rate and over all purchase price on the new car that beat any used car market value from other dealerships. The staff and experience was both helpful and prompt as the process took several hours to complete, due to our financing a new vehicle. I think our long wait was due to our having to build our new credit score over the past year with our Subaru and the dealership helped us with information during the process of this new car purchase.
