Purchasing vehicle was very smooth process, no surprises. Conrad was very explanatory, friendly, knowledgeable. I feel a good price offer was made on car for sale, and good offer was made on my used car for trade in. I love the new CRZ, my first Honda! The car seems very solid and well engineered. I would highly recommend Performance Honda as a place to shope for a new car with a no frills sales approach!

I have to be honest, but we started out very badly. Once we got over that hurdle the team did everything possible to restore my confidence in the company. The best part was, they financed me at a rate that beat my own bank's quote. I was in a position where I didn't need another car, but the overall deal could not be ignored. Yes, I would make Performance my first place to look for another vehicle.
My one piece of advice for the team, improve your internal communication,so all you guys are on the same page, then our initial misunderstanding would not have happened.

Not only did they beat the best price I could find from another dealer, they found the car (style/color) I wanted the same day (whereas the other dealer was going to have to have to order it). Fast, friendly and they delivered.

Will likley be back to buy another Honda from them in 2012.

This was the best new car experience I ever had! Katie & Rich were very professional and got right down to business.. no gimmicks and no hassle of going back and forth.
My wife and I were in and out in no time, the Chevy dealer took 2 1/2 hours just to give us a quote!! I will always go to Performance Honda for cars and service.

I did not go to the dealership to get a "steal". I went to get a good deal that would make possible the option of trading a 2011 minivan on a new (2011) Honda Pilot. I am not in the habit of trading in new cars on new cars and usually keep mine until the 250k mile marker but the minivan was just not a good fit for me (lots of reasons). So after reading that my then-current car received a 2-star on one of its safety ratings, I was hoping to switch back into a Pilot.

The Internet-team "handled" my prospective purchase with an efficient pitch (that's their job) but I NEVER felt pressured, and likewise felt free to ask as many questions as I came to mind. I was actually skeptical that I could make the move without a painful equity deficiency but the Performance Group came back with a solid offer on my trade-in and a reasonable price on a car I love! I got the lecture from friends about the new 2012's coming out and how I should've worked the numbers more, but how can I complain? I did the research (both on the car reviews and pricing)and knew what I needed to pay off, what I could spend monthly, the term (number of months) and APR and this team was sufficiently transparent with the numbers for me to understand the "sales math" and to make me comfortable with my purchase.

Now although I still have a big check to write on a car at the end of the month, I can do it with a smile on my face (Don't buy a car unless you can write the check with a smile on your face!). The team who helped me (Katie, Conrad, Rick and Jeffrey)were helpful, polite, and successful in brokering a good deal for me on a great car -certainly worth the drive from Burlington, KY!

The sales people first listened to what I wanted/needed. Next, they worked hard to accomplish that. I believe it was a win/win deal. I left feeling good about the purchase and I did not have to fight them to get want I wanted.

I was very satisfied with my experience purchasing a new car at Performance Honda and trading in my 2006 Civic (also purchased at Performance). In the last 6 years, my immediate family has purchased 3 hondas from performance b/c of the good experience

My mother and I went to Performance Honda upon recommendation of my brother-in-law and upon seeing an ad in the newspaper. We arrived at 5:45, 15 minutes before they closed. I had spoken to Conrad on the phone a few days earlier, and I liked what he told me about the Civic. Conrad was busy with another client, so he graciously referred me to Joe. What a wonderful experience! Despite the fact that it was the day before Easter and he was to help his wife dye eggs with their children, Joe showed me the Civic, let me sit in it, talked to me about the features, and basically used up his whole evening catering to me and my mother. Conrad checked in on us to make sure that we were taken care of, and Rich jumped through hoops to make sure that we got the deal we wanted, even when we changed our minds. Everyone was sincere, kind, dedicated, and professional. NO one showed any distress that we stayed way past closing. They even spoke to my brother-in-law over the phone to assure him that we were getting the best deal! I happily drove away in a new 2011 Civic that evening. Best of all, Joe called me on Monday to make sure that I was still happy with the car!

I have never owned a Honda before, but thanks to the quality service I received at Performance Honda, I can see that this is the beginning of a long, lovely relationship. I can't wait to tell my friends about Performance Honda; I want everyone to buy their cars! Thank you, thank you, Rich, Conrad, and especially Joe, for making a frightening experience a delightful one!

We shopped around and Performance Honda had the best price by far. This was a no hassle experience. We dealt with Rich and Kate and found them to be very friendly and professional. They took their time and explained in detail the car and what they said -- they did! Would definately recomend.
