Rachael joined our parts department as an Internet Parts Consultant, after 10 plus years in the industry as an auto mechanic. Rachael's love of automotive started from a very young age. "My dad owned a garage when I was growing up in Colchester and I worked there. This is where my passion for Automotive took off." Rachael took automotive and machine tool classes in school and then worked at a local shop in Norwich. Rachael loves making good relationships with her customers and helping out in any way that she can. She also restores old cars and trucks as a hobby, and loves going to car shows and races.

My relationship with this dealership is really close to my heart:from the owner to sales and my special friend Andi who’s been part of my journey through cancer back in the beginning of Covid. Rachel in the parts department gave me wonderful customer service. I came in with a broken key and she helped me to repair it in an extremely cost effective manner, saving me hundreds of dollars on a replac service. I love my Forester! Its my second Subaru I have purchased from Premier. Dmitriy did an excellent job helping pick out the right. He was patient, listened to all of my questions and answered them. He also pointed out all the new bells and whistles of my car. When I turned in my vehicle for a trade in the service department checked my car over and got it ready for trade was quick. Shout out to all of the people who worked on my car especially JP Hynes. I always get my vehicles serviced at Premier, A big thank you to Mr. Alvine and all of the Premier Subaru team in Branford CT. More
