My Review of Bald Hill Dodge Chrysler Jeep:
We have purchased 5 vehicles in the past 7 years from Bald Hill Dodge, 2 within the last month (2012 Ram, 2011 Nitro) Rachel went out of her way to assist me thru numerous emails on a 2012 Ram with Lou wrapping up the deal. I worked directly with Lou on finding a new Nitro - which they had to go 200 miles into New Jersey to pick up. Both deals, they were very generous with the trade in allowance as well as the final price. I have bought several new vehicles from other dealers and have never had the level of customer service that I recieve with I walk thru the doors of Bald Hill Dodge.

I began by dealing with the Internet Manager,Rachel Larson, who was extremely friendly, helpful, and a joy to deal with. She referred my son to Salesman, Frank Vescera, who my son said was awesome to deal with, nice guy, not pushy. We received a great deal on our trade and on the cost of the new vehicle. Bald Hill worked quickly and efficiently in order to provide my son with his new car the same day. I would definitely recommend Bald Hill to anyone looking to buy a new car.

My Review of Bald Hill Dodge Chrysler Jeep:
My wife and I visited the dealership recently to purchase a beautiful used 2010 Jeep Liberty I saw online. Rachel Larson was the internet specialist I spoke with to set up the appointment. She was extremely polite and helpful on the phone and set up my apointment that night. When my wife and I entered the dealership, I was happily greeted by Dave Connetti who led me to Rachel, who then introduced me to Louie. Louie was great to deal with from the start. He took us to the Jeep we were interested in which was parked waiting right out front for us, just as Rachel said it would be. We took it for a test drive and shared pleasant conversation with Louie the entire time. When we got back to the dealership,I mentioned to Lou the price I wanted to pay including my trade in. He told me he'd see what he could do to get me at or close to the number. After he and another employee evaluated my trade he came back with an offer within a few dollars of my intended price. I was extremely pleased with how quick and easy it was to work with Lou. He was friendly and there was absolutely NO 'haggling'. My wife and I drove off the lot in our new Jeep the very next night! I have to say, I've been to a number of dealerships...Bald Hill Dodge is THE best. I highly recommend it over any other dealership.
If you're looking to purchase a new or used vehicle, go see Louie. You will be pleasantly surprised at the straightforward, honest, and friendly customer service you will receive. Thanks again, Louie!

I first identified a car on the dealership's website that I was interested in and after requesting more information, Rachel contacted me about it within 24 hours. I went into the dealership to look at that Jeep in person and after meeting and talking with James; it became obvious that there was a better option that was more fitting to my needs and within my price range. I am incredibly happy with my purchase and with the service and assistance they provided.

This is my third time buying a used car, and it was (by far) the most informative and least pressured situation I have encountered yet. The entire process went smoothly, even with having to work around my own very hectic schedule. And, best of all, they were able to help me register my new Jeep in Florida (I am a FL-state resident in town for an extended visit).

I would happily refer friends & family to this dealership.

My Review of Bald Hill Dodge Chrysler Jeep:
Typically, going to a car dealership to buy a new vehicle is like going to the dentist to get a tooth pulled ... necessary but not a pleasant experience. We are happy to say that our experience with Bald Hill Dodge was pretty much unlike any other we've ever had. They were friendly, informative, helpful, and not pushy. Instead of trying to close the deal forcefully on our first visit, they advised us that we "had to be happy with our decision" and to "give them a call" when we were ready. What a refreshingly different attitude.

Further, we had originally requested quotes online from five different Dodge dealers, as we knew exactly the truck that we wanted. Bald Hill, one of the five dealerships, was the only dealership that went out of their way to find ALL of the applicable rebates that we qualified for, saving us a lot of money. None of the other dealerships quoted any rebates other than the "standard" ones. Bald Hill went above and beyond to ensure that we got the best price.

We would absolutely recommend them (and in fact we have.) Mike was about the most pleasant salesperson we've ever come across, and Rachel was a sweetheart to deal with. Good luck to everyone at Bald Hill and thanks for a really good experience.
