Flagler Chrysler Dodge Jeep has been our "Go-To," every time we need a new vehicle. Why would we buy any other make that we can't buy from Mindy and Mick Miller and their incredible team of salesman - Ralp time we need a new vehicle. Why would we buy any other make that we can't buy from Mindy and Mick Miller and their incredible team of salesman - Ralph O'Mera, Kevin Nelson, and Angelo Conti. My husband Michael purchased a Chrysler Sebring, A Jeep Patriot and now drives a 2021 Dodge Ram 1500 EcoBoost that Kevin Nelson called him to come and take a look-see at a great deal. It WAS an incredible deal and Michael bought it within an hour. In 2016, when I retired from 41 years of teaching, I had my heart set on a Jeep Grand Cherokee, but Kevin Nelson told me I should take a spin in a 2015 Dodge Durango that he had just picked up at the auction. It had 15,000 miles and all of the bells and whistles, with beautiful, leather interior. I bought it with one of the last, Lifetime Warranties. I knew this would be the car that would last me for fifteen years or more. Because we drive to Santa Fe, New Mexico every year, we put 150,000 miles on my beloved Durango, and were spending $300-$600 every time we had it serviced. Of course, we never used the Lifetime Warranty because nothing we had fixed or replaced, were covered. However, I was happy with my Durango and did not want another vehicle... Until Ralph O'Mera called us to come and take a look-see at a new Wagoneer they had ordered in March, was delivered. I told him that I lived my Durango and had a Lifetime Warranty I didn't want to lose. My Durango had a few, minor things that needed fixing, so we took it in to service and Ralph O'Mera had me drive the Jeep Wagoneer. Without spending too much time on how impressed and shocked I was at the Wagoneer and the deal Ralph was working for us on a trade (my Durango was paid off) with some dealer incentives and good customer discounts, I drove away with a Jeep Wagoneer and an 8 year extended warranty for almost $30,000 less than the Grand Wagoneer that has the same extras but has an 8-cylinder (mine has a 6 cylinder), electric seat massagers, and a few other specials that we will not miss. Thank you, Ralph O'Mera, for getting us in to Flagler Chrysler Dodge Jeep and giving me the first option to buy this gorgeous, Jeep Wagoneer Series II 4X4! We are SO BLESSED! Flagler Chrysler Dodge Jeep - pure greed. Tldr: This dealership chose greed over ethics. They didn't honor their own agreement on price and is not to be trusted. This dealership will waste your time and your hard earned money no matter who they betray along the way. This is the first time I have ever posted a review on anything, ever. Before I go into what happened I just want to say that the salesman, Ralph, is a great and honest guy. Ralph and I went back and forth a bit as any car sales negotiation goes but finally agreed on a price. Sure it was over text, but nevertheless, a written agreement. I was asked for a picture front and back of credit card to hold a $1000 deposit - sent it over no problem. Over the weekend I mentioned to Ralph that I noticed the glovebox looked misaligned in the photos. Ralph said he would get that looked at over warranty first thing Monday. Booked a one-way flight with my Dad to go back to Miami the next day then drive up to Flagler Jeep in Palm Coast to finalize everything. Flew to Miami. Booked the rental car. Then today I get a text from the dealer saying “The glove box is broke. And He wants to go back to the price of $109.000. He is gonna take it to the auction ..He said it will bring alot more..I am sorry Mr.”. I told Ralph that it wasn’t fair we had already agreed on a price. At this point I already flew out and had the rental car booked. I called the dealership and politely asked to speak to the sales manager. I was told that Chris, the sales manager on the floor that day, doesn’t even want to speak with me. Finally after a few attempts, they put him on the phone. Chris then proceeds to talk to me with such disrespect and says that we never agreed to that price when we in fact did and it was over text with Ralph and of course, when the other sales manager was on the floor. Chris then says “well that's not a price I would have ever agreed to we don’t do business over text”. Like really bro? This is 2022, come on. You guys reached out to me via text so obviously that was the way you agreed to communicate. You even requested confidential financial information over text! After I asked the sales manager how he morally feels after doing such a bad thing by not honoring their commitment, Chris then proceeds to hang up the phone on me. I called the dealership back and the sales manager said that I can buy it for 110 take it or leave it. Chris then threatened me and said if I call back it's harrassment. How can these clowns be in businees? This dealership does not honor their agreements. This dealership acted in ways that are super unethical. I feel cheated and disappointed. All I got from Chris was a canned response of “I am sorry you feel that way”. It’s not about feeling a certain way. It’s about doing the right thing. I asked Chris to do the right thing here and he chose to NOT honor their dealership’s commitment. Chris, the sales manager, will be the primary driver for tarnishing this dealership's reputation. This dealership and management does not keep their promises. And yes, everyone knows this car market is absolutely nuts but no matter what, it is never worth choosing greed and throwing ethics out the window. Flagler Jeep. Greedy and unethical. More

Dishonest dealership that marks up their trade-in vehicles $5,000+ dollars without fixing anything on them. They will not even clean them up for test drives or delivery. Excellent Experience! In 2016, I purchased a jeep from Flagler Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Palm Coast. The experience was so pleasant, I went back yesterday and purchased anoth In 2016, I purchased a jeep from Flagler Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Palm Coast. The experience was so pleasant, I went back yesterday and purchased another, July 6, 2019. Once again, I was more than satisfied. My sales people were Michael Gillespie and Ralph O’Meara. A torrential rain event broke out and while Ralph worked on my trade in value inside, poor Michael got soaked running back and forth bringing the cars I was interested in under cover so I can check them out and stay dry. Once I decided on one, Ralph worked on the numbers - all by hand as the computers had gone down. The price was right, the trade in value more than fair and the deal was completed smoothly and quickly. Both Michael and Ralph were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. No high pressure sales pitch. No “threats” that the offers were only good for today. No forcing my decision. From start to finish the transaction was a pleasure. I also should add, my cars were always serviced at Flagler Jeep as well and I have been pleased with that as well. All in all, if you need a car, visit them at Flagler Jeep on Rt100 in Palm Coast. Making buying a car great again! :) More
