Ramiro Montelongo at Dallas Roadster

Purchased a used LR3.......Ramiro did a great job. Did not pressure at all and was able to get to a price that I could work with. Also, we agreed on a couple of minor touch-up items (floor mats, brake adjustment, etc.) during closing. All of the items, including two that were not on the list, were taking care of immediately.

The overall service was great and the negotiations were done in good faith, although the paperwork was done wrong so we had to make a second trip for it. The dealership caught their own mistake so that is commendable.

The car was pre-owned so we did expect some scratches, but we are finding a lot more that we were able to see the day we bought the car. Some of that can be blamed on us for not doing our homework.

Overall, it was still a pleasant experience to work with this dealership and the staff is very friendly.

I called in one morning and he quickly returned my phone call. He was extremely helpful and listened to my concerns and worked through every detail with great care. Ramiro is THE greatest and so is Dallas Roadster!

I was looking for a very specific Infiniti FX35 as far as colors and features. They found it for me and sent me pictures as I live outside of Houston. They were very good about working with me on the price and gave me a good dollar amount for my trade-in as well. I had to make a four hor drive to finish our deal and I was a little apprenhensive about this. Ramiro was there when I arrived with a smile and had all the paperwork together just as we had discussed. The car was emaculate. The whole process of dealing with my trade-in (which they had never seen) as well as the new car paperwork took less than an hour and I was on the road back home. I would recommend.
