My Review of Beaver Toyota:
I wanted a 2009 Toyota that they had for sale. Another customer wanted it but backed out. They called me again and made the sale. The Tacoma is in excellent shape with Warranty left, so I feel protected. They came with me to drive it home and were very helpful. I never felt pressure from anyone, not even the finance guy, Jack Jason. I have been looking for this truck for a long time.

Randy was extremely hard for my sale; and he is exemplar in his demonstration of being the consummate salesperson. Because of him, I believe that he has redeemed the perception of what a "car salesman" is. What would it take to have more people like him on your staff?

As a salesperson -- Randy is new but he LISTENED to what I said and what I wanted. He was fair on the trade-ins and gave me a fair deal.

The business manager, Sandra, made the 'paperwork aspect' of the process run efficiently. She explained what I needed to know and answered my questions so that I could make good decisions.

And this is what it is all about, good decisions -- good buying experience.
