My Review of Szott Ford:
I have never ever in the 11 years I have been buying cars Been treated so Good. This was such a friendly helpful dealership. I bought a 99 mustang cobra got a great deal. The engine blew they did everything for me I did not have to worry they set me up with a vehicle they replaced the engine 100% anywhere else would have never went so above and beyond. They took care of me I dont know what to say really because im so excited to have my car back.I've dealt with sales and service center and both are A++++++++++ Randy Forsyth is a great manager. They really make you feel good and treat customers like #1 not many business do that anymore. I will 100% buy another a vehicle from them again. Thanks so much Szott Ford

Szott Ford and the guys made my used car purchase so easy. Scott handled the deal over the phone. When I arrived to view the car everything was ready for purchase. Szott Ford delivered the sub to my home in Perrysburg OH. The two gentlemen that delivered it had the proper paperwork and were right on time. I would tell anyone to but from Szott Ford.

My Review of Szott Ford:
I am very satisfied with the 09 Ford Escape that I purchased. Jason Skinner and Randy Forsythe treated me with so much kindness and respect. Jason listened to what I needed and he and Randy got me the best deal possible. They didn't "talk down" to me or act like because I'm a woman I don't know what's going on. Both of these men are outstanding representatives of Szott Ford. I am very happy to recommend them and the rest of the staff to anyone I know who wants to purchase a new or used vehicle. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to let you know what fine employees you have.

My Review of Szott Ford:
When i decided to look at cars, I went to Szott Ford and worked with a woman named Renee Weeks. I wanted to stay at a certain price point, and to have my current car paid off. Renee showed me several different cars, but was honest about the price. The cars were out of my price range, due to my current car balance being too high. Renee didn't try to sell me a car, and then sneak in a higher price at the end, like I have experienced in the past with other dealerships. I went bak a few months later, and again Renee showed me several different cars. It just wasn't the time for me to buy. Recently, I was ready to buy, and again went back to Renee. She was very courteous and friendly. She didn't know that this was finally going to the the time that I was going to buy, and she never treated me like I was wasting her time. I purchased a vehcile, and I couldn't be happier. Renee provided me with information for the extended warranty, but she did not push it on me.
I have returned to the store to have some maintence items taken care of, and I am highly satisufied. Randy, the used car manager, and Renee both treated me with respected and were eager to make me happy, even though I wasn't buying a new car.
The appreciation continued after my purchase as well. Renee called to make sure that I was happy, I received post cards in the mail, and even received a voice message from Mr. Szott thanking me for my purchase.
I will never buy a car anywhere else!! (this is my 9th car purchase in 15 years, so clearly it won't be my last)

My Review of Szott Ford:
I recently went to Szott Ford on a recommendation from a friend. I can sincerely tell you I was not disappointed in the purchase of my 2010 Ford Fusion. My salesperson Stacie Bright was exceptionally helpful during the whole process of obtaining my car. She worked tirelessly to make sure I was totally happy with my experience at the dealership. When I told them I was already pre-approved on a loan, Anthony Ketchum was able to beat my bank loan by almost 2 percentage points. He saved me hundreds of dollars- Thanks Anthony!! He was also able to work out a decent price on 5 year/100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. In the end, I have to say their customer service is outstanding, everyone was courteous and friendly, and my overall experience was 5 stars. If you need a new or used car, I would highly recommend Szott Ford as the place to make your next purchase.
