Here it is a year later and I returned to Beaverton Honda, why? because you will never get the customer service one deserves unless you go here. Last year we purchased two vehicles and after that experience I stated that I would be a customer for life.........there was no other choice but Beaverton Honda for our next purchases. We purchased two more vehicles and the quality of service from Randy, Kevin, Karen and Linda cannot be beat anywhere or by anyone. You're a fool if you don't purchase a vehicle from here...simple as that. Top notch service, care and attention to detail time and time again. Thank you team Honda for yet another wonderful experience, We LOVE you guys.

We were very pleased with the staff at Beaverton Honda. Our salesman was Troy Robison and he was excellent. We felt that he really cared about us and that he wanted to make sure we got the right car at the right price. We were looking for a used car for my son and needed to buy it quickly. Troy was very helpful and we ended up buying a used Honda Fit. We thought the price was fair and we were very impressed with the inspection and detailing Beaverton Honda does with it's used cars. Karen was our finance person and she was great. She really helped us understand everything and I appreciated her kindness. Randy is a great sales manager. He was around, asked how we were doing and made sure things were going well for us. We would definitely buy from them again.

I recently went out to search for my second car but it would be my first car that I would be buying from a dealership and with the help of my step father I had settled on a Honda Accord. The person that I had helping me was Troy Robison and later we also sat down with Randy Goodin to finalize the sale and also to talk about a few other things. I had spent the majority of my time there with Troy and to make a long story short, it felt like I was his friend and he was doing the best he could to get me the car I wanted. Think about what that means, I wasn't a customer that he wanted to do a good job with so that he could make a sale and then get a good review out of, I felt like a friend and I could also call him my friend. Randy did a great job in answering all of the other questions that I had and was very nice and engaging. Made sure to leave no detail out or stone unturned. Next was Linda and she was very helpful through out the very last steps of the process, she let us know all of the options that I had with payment, coverage plans, etc. Very relaxed, answered our questions directly so that we weren't left with more questions. Engaged in conversation also to let it be known that once again it wasn't just a customer sale that they were looking for, I could tell that she was a genuinely nice and polite person who wanted to make it as easy, stress free and smooth as possible.
Overall great team from what I have seen, did a great job, I would have a hard time believing a negative review for them in the future after having my experience with them.

Everyone we encountered was really nice and great customer service. Our sales guy John was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and no pressure sales guy. Even his Manager Randy that also was working "the numbers" seemed very straight forward and honest. I never felt like I was getting the run around or the pressure to walk out the door that day with a car. In fact we made 2 separate trips to the dealership to see John in about a 3 week period and neither time were we pressured to write up a sales deal.

Again, I have to say how impressed we were by John's research of his product along with their competitors. Not a single question I had did he have to refer to pamphlets to tell us the answer. He was able to recall every feature and benefit.

We would absolutely recommend any of our friends and family to to Beaverton Honda to buy a new/ used car.

Great sales experience. John was very friendly and has a good knowledge of the vehicle I was buying. I felt very comfortable and not pressured to make a decision. After visiting a few Honda dealers, I've decided to buy my new 2012 CRV from this dealer because of their extreme friendliness and excellent customer service. Thank you BH for my new CRV. I am very happy with it.

Thank you so much! We had been to not one, but three different dealerships before visiting Beaverton Honda and we were treated horribly and left each dealership feeling very disrespected. We finally came to Beaverton Honda in our last hope of finding a car, and I am so glad we did not give up. Beaverton Honda restored my faith in buying cars, it really does not have to be such a horrible experience. Molly & Juan were so nice and friendly, and we left with our first car, completely happy. I went to so many dealerships over the weekend and compared so many different cars and I just kept coming back to the service and quality of cars at Beaverton Honda. Freddy was so laid back and easy to work with. NO PRESSURE! Randy was down to earth and I felt like he was really giving me the straight scoop. No BS. Alex was so sweet and helpful and really knew her stuff. I would absolutely buy from Beaverton Honda again! This is my very first Honda and I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience. Such a drastic step up from any other car dealer I have ever dealt with!!!

Absolutly amazing. These are just a few words I can use to describe the unbelievable service my family recieved from, Linda, Sandy, Alex, Randy, Jakov, Sean, Lee, and Karen. The level of service and personal care is above and beyond all expectations. No issues, no worries, no complaints.......this team GETS IT DONE right the first time, everytime. I am so greateful adn thankful for all the help and they have truely made a customer for life and I have made some really good friends out of the whole experience. Anyone who reads this please take note, dont go anywhere else for your car needs wether is be new or used, you will recieve quality care that is above any dealership you will ever go to.
