However, when I want to pick it up, it was at a 45% charge totally unacceptable and then your service advisor told me that he doesn’t do electric and doesn’t know much about electric cars. I’m not sure who the service manager is but this is not a way to make a good impression I’m going to buy Another car in the next month and I’m contemplating a different dealership.
