My Review of Steve Lewis Subaru:
All sales people were patient, kind, and informative with my large list of questions. They provided answers and directed unknown answers to higher staff who could give an accurate answer. Jesse spent 3 hours with me and helped me and graciously led me through my first car buying experience. I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of or being forced to buy a car. It was an honest and simple interaction.

The Service Dep't personnel who I have dealt with have been very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and accomodating, My car was taken care within the time frame they gave me, and when done they took the time to explain what was done and why. My overall experience, this and previous times I've brought my car to be serviced, have been very very good. I will continue to bring my car for service to this dealer.

My Review of Steve Lewis Subaru:
I went to Steve Lewis Subaru to buy my first car after hearing many positive recommendations from others. Todd was an incredibly genuine, caring salesmen who truly cares about the customer. Todd was very knowledgeable about the current inventory on the lot-within minutes of learning of my budget and car requirements-we were test driving cars! After purchasing the car, there were some very minor problems I noticed (to be expected with a used car). The dealership directed me to Randy (in service), who was very punctual, caring, and accommodating. Shortly, my car was returned to me in better condition then I had hoped!!!! To sum it up, my first car buying experience was wonderful at Steve Lewis Subaru (and I now LOVE being a Subaru owner!!!). I strongly recommend asking for Todd Gerry as a salesmen and Randy Sefton for any repairs.
