I have been in several dealership and contacted many others and this one was the best one. The sales person was friendly and helpful. I hope my future customer service experiences are as good as of the sale experience. In overall I am very satisfied with my new car.

I worked with Pat Losack to purchase my 2013 Hyundai Elantra Limited. Our initial discussions were handled via email and I found Pat to be very responsive to my requests as well as very open and honest regarding his pricing. After settling on the drive out price for the vehicle, I only had to spend 1.5 hours at the dealership to complete the paperwork and there were no surprises. I used Hyundai financing (and I can pay off the loan in as few as 3 months) to qualify for a $750 rebate and I worked with Rashid Ali during this process. Of course he explained the optional extended warranties to me but when I told him I was not interested, there was no pressure at all to include one of them in my financing. Pat and Rashid are consummate professionals and it was a pleasure doing business with each of them.

Our first Hyundai was the 2011 Sonata SE, purchased November 2010. Unfortunately, my husband was in an accident. Even though the car was a total loss, we were blessed that he was able to walk away from it! That told us one thing, that we were getting another Hyundai. But not only was our decision based on him walking away from the accident, but whenever it was due time for maintenance, Rob always taken great care of us and Courtney is always a delight when he is taking us to or picking us up from work, when we have dropped off our car. On my way home I stopped by to start the footwork for our search of our next car. Cecil greeted me and asked how he could help. I proceeded to tell him what happened and what we were looking for. We set up a time for my husband and I to come in the next day and he was ready with the models we were interested in. We settled on a 2013 Sonata Limited and have feel that if our previous experiences had not been as enjoyable, we would not have returned to the same dealership. Thank you Hyundai for making such a great vehicle that saved my husbands life and Thank you Ed Voyles Team for pleasant experiences!

This was our second visit to an Ed Voyles dealership in exactly three months and both times we have left with the car we wanted on the first visit. This time we worked with Alan the used car and internet consultant, he was great and he made sure that everything was taken care of as quickly as possible. This was the second time we have worked with Rashid and on both occasions he made the paperwork easy and quick.

I have already recommend Ed Voyles Hyundai to my friends and relatives, and will gladly do so again.

I didn't believe i would be able to get any vehicle however the team that i was given, Spencer, Conley, and Rashid...you three were the best a girl could ask for. Overall good experience for first time car buying. I am glad I got the car for the price I paid, but it was difficult having to go back and forth with negotiations. It would have been nice to have just paid the price that was originally agreed on rather than having to leave and come back later. However, they did work with me and I left the dealership with a great car at a good price and the follow up service has been great. Would recommend to others.
