Rasool was great to work with. He was very kind and understanding of the situation that I was in. I came in on a friday night to look at cars in the pouring rain and he stayed out in the downpour with me the entire time. We scheduled an appointment that night to return the following day and when I returned early he was able to move some things around and begin to work with me in a timely manner. From start to finish working with Rasool was a great experience and really changed the typical image that I had of a car saleslman.

This entire deal was a pleasure. I traveled 2.5 hours by Bus in order to make a deal with this dealership. They were true to their name "Family" Both the management and Sales force were friendly, pleasant, and helpful. Been a long time since I've seen customer support of this quality, I was quoted a complete price by the salesman Rasool Phillips and that was the price when I purchased, absolutely no surprises. Not only did the Rasool take care for me during the deal but he even picked me up from the bus station, again QUALITY QUALITY QUALITY Customer Service.

So...I have been trying to get out of my 07 Dodge Charger for along time but just never got the right service or right deal but, on October 6, 2011 I spoke with Rasool Phillips that morning and hours later I had the service I wanted and the deal. The reason for the rating is because of the great service from Rasool Phillips. Before we got out of the car, Rasool was there asking for the reason of our visit. He was extremely friendly and helpful with the assistance of the purchase of a new car. My son asked us to visit another dealer in the area, but we did not receive the prompt friendly service that your representative gave to us. In the end we decided to return to your dealership to purchase a new car. My compliments to your team for the great customer service you provide.

In addition, I would also like to give praise to Hilda Fiorello. She took time to explain each of the options for financing and the extended warranty. Thank you again for the fantastic service. I hope to remain customers of this dealership

manner in which I was handled when I purchased my new Jeep Wrangler. The Salesman
Rasool Phillips was very accommodating in making sure all my request were met. He
reasured me that he would be able to help me and he did! The manager Brain was also
helpful in making the process pleasamt. The entire staff that I came in contact with
