My Review of Volkswagen Santa Monica :
Ray Astanei was very patient especially since I did not have an accurate date for the lease/buy of the new car. We spoke many months before the deal was executed, but he followed up frequently to see how things were going. I felt important as a client, with out being hasseled. He is a very profesional salesperson and I would recomend and deal with him agan.

My Review of Volkswagen Santa Monica :
Ray was great. Very helpful, efficient and quick. We knew the car we wanted and the price we wanted to pay. The car was available. We did have a problem in that the car did not come with a special floor mat package that was listed on the sticker, we did not realize this until we got home but upon return to the dealership, Ray was able to immediately provide the floor mats to us. Ray is an asset to his dealership.

My Review of Volkswagen Santa Monica :
My experience with the car, dealership and Ray was exemplary. He was thoughtful, helpful and followed up quickly and completely on everything as requested.

Buying a car without seeing it and having it shipped almost 3000 miles can be risky and fraught with problems. I am happy to report that the whole transaction was very happily concluded for me and I have no regrets or problems to report.

I would certainly recommend your dealership and Mr. Astanei to anyone.

My Review of Volkswagen Santa Monica :
Ray was very kind and professional. He promised me he would beat whatever tue competition was offering as long as I had it in writing, and he did just that. He even personally delivered my car to me. I would be glad to do business with him again in the future.
