My Review Of Russel Toyota:

After much online research, car dealer visits, phone calls and stress I was referred to Calvin Pernell at Russel Toyota by a friend of my husband's. Calvin helped to relieve a great deal of my stress and anxiety in purchasing a new car for the first time in over 10 years. He put me in the car I wanted, with the options I wanted, for the price I wanted. Calvin accomplished all of this by generating a level of trust between us and relating to me as an informed consumer with an eye on the bottom line. I have a great deal of respect for him as a sales person and a person of integrity. I was also pleasantly surprised by the respectfulness and warm attitude of the rest of the Russel team, including the receptionist at the front desk that located Calvin for me when I first arrived, the lady that went over the undercoating, and paint protector options, and the finance man, Jay. Especially Jay - I was very insistent on comparing his calculations to those on my calculator. He was soooo patient. As Calvin showed me where I would bring my car for service, Aaron Slaughter, the Assistant Service Manager, gave me his card and encouraged me to call him personally to schedule appointments. Even the young man that I rode with to put gas in the car so that I could take it out for a test drive was warm and personable. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised by my interactions with each person at Russel after very negative experiences at my last car dealer. I hope to continue a positive relationship with Russel in the future as I return for servicing on my new Rav4.
