He did not pressure us and was quick to take care of what we needed so we did not have to waste time with the process. He was helpful showing us the features of the car and was honest about his opinions on all the cars we were interested in. We appreciated it very much and would definitely recommend Ray Trout for a pleasant car buying experience. More

This was the most pleasant car buying experience I've had yet. Ray greeted us right as we walked in and listened to what we were looking for. When we got back from a test drive he had several cars pulled u yet. Ray greeted us right as we walked in and listened to what we were looking for. When we got back from a test drive he had several cars pulled up that met our search criteria. The evaluation process for our trade was very quick. Ray presented us with an offer on our trade that was more than we had hoped for and offered a price on the new truck that was extremely fair. There was no back and forth meetings with the sales manager, etc. Their first offer was what we were expecting after doing our research. It couldn't have been smoother. Adam the Business manager was great as well. He didn't try to push any extras or unneeded coverage on us. And he beat our preapproved loan by a significant amount. The only thing that could have made me even more happy was if I got to leave with my truck that day. They had to do a swap with another dealer and it took till Monday to get it (came in on Saturday). BUT, I got exactly what I wanted and they didn't even hesitate going out and finding the one I wanted. I would highly recommend Ackerman Toyota to anyone looking for a new Toyota. More
