My Review of Flemington BMW:
I spent 6 hours in the Dealer's Show Room in December 2011 looking over the possibilities for purchasing a new BMW for my wife Denise for Christmas. Cindy Hughes (who was working with our Salesman Bill Hinton) and I decided that a certain red BMW with a Red Bow was the one. The car was taken off the show room floor and I was allowed to drive it around the vicinity. This was going to be a surprise for Denise. Cindy, Bill and I had a "plan" to surprise Denise on Christmas Eve with the delivery of this car to our home. It sounded like a great plan and one that would 'impress' Denise. HOWEVER, after thinking about what would happen if I chose the wrong car, buying it and having it delivered I reluctantly decided to call Denise and ask her to meet me at the Dealeer that day. She reluctantly broke off her Christmas Shopping to come to the Dealer arriving around 4 PM. We told her nothing as to which car we had painstakenly picked for her. She strolled through the Showroom without even so much as looking at the beautiful Red one, went to THE MOST EXPENSIVE 750LIx and that is the one she chose. So BMW was able to increase their sales by $30,000 that day just on our purchase.....as a follow up I want to express my special thanks to the General Manager Byron Brisby, Jr for his personal involvement in helping us with what turned out to be a relatively minor problem with the 2012 750LIx that we bought. We were headed to Florida and had what we thought was an overheating problem. Byron offered to bring a car to Allentown, PA (1.2 hours) for us to use while our car was repaired. Bill Hinton our Salesman has been very helpful as indicated by the fact that we have now purchased two new 750LI vehicles from him. For this he received a gift especially crafted by Denise from us! My Review of Flemington BMW:
We live in PA and had visited Daniels BMW. The Used Certified selection at that dealer was not that great and the receptionist told us that all the sales associates were busy. That's not what we wanted to hear, but we stuck around and after 20 minutes of waiting, we realized they did not want our business. On Friday 5/18/12, we decided to take a ride to Princeton BMW. On our way, we made the last minute decision to stop at Flemington BMW, where we had the great pleasure of working with Lee Wolansky and Rebecca Kosar. Upon arrival, we immediately saw the Certified vehicles we were interested in. We test drove them and the 528 won out over the 328. Lee was more than willing to accommodate us. He made us feel comfortable and did not act like a stereotypical car salesman. Lee ran the numbers and explained the MANY advantages of owning a BMW and one from Flemington BMW. We were sold... There was no reason to visit another dealer. Since my wife's older Honda had been recently totaled in an accident, I asked Lee if we can take the car home that day. He got right on it and introduced us to Rebecca Kosar. Rebecca was the BEST! She took care of the financial paperwork in record time and made us feel very comfortable about purchasing additional warranties. My wife and I are proud to say that Flemington BMW, Lee Wolansky and Rebecca Kosar are the people to see when looking to purchase a BMW. I will definitely be back.

My Review of Flemington BMW:
My experience at Flemington BMW was a pleasant and positive one. The people there were very friendly and professional.

The buying process was streamlined with no wasted effort or time spent on High pressure sales.

Lee reviewed the car buying process with me and it was very simple and easy to follow. We then reviewed the paperwork with Becky, which again was simple and easy to understand.

Not to mention that the car is fantastic, smooth riding and elegant.

I would recommend this dealership to any of my friends or family.

Very good service. The seller (Victor) did listen to what I want and didn't try to sell me something else which is a plus. Even after I ordered one, the seller called me for a test drive in a similar unit that arrived to the store. These are just a couple of examples that made the experience better. I hightly recommend this dealer.

My Review of Flemington BMW:
I just bought my second BMW from this dealership. I've visited four BMW dealerships and this one is best bar none. The facility is clean, well maintained, neat and tidy. It reflects the quality of the product they're selling. Their staff is attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and service oriented. I generally don't like sales people, but these guys seemed more like advisors. There was no heavy push. As far as service goes, the dealership is top of the line. They're prompt in contacting you with diagnostic reports, they're clean, they deliver the vehicles back on time. There's no bait and switch once they start working on your vehicle. I value that level of trust. Sometimes I can be grouchy and not very pleasant to deal with when faced with car troubles and the guys there let it roll right off of them, remain pleasant and cheerful regardless. They're a great team, they're proud of their product and the enthusiasm is reassuring. I have and will continue to recommend them. And I'm very hard to please.

My entire car buying experience at Flemington BMW was as pleasurable as it was thorough, informative, and easy! I felt very comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. Scott Smith could not have been nicer and more accommodating in a very down to earth, yet professional way, in every way. From the first phone call through picking up my car, everything was as pleasant as could be! Both Rebecca (Becky) and Howard were pleasant and accommodating as well with regard to maintenance programs and the finance portion of the process. The facility is state of the art, and I was very impressed with the design and pristine nature of the entire faciltiy, from the showroom to the service area and the garage areas. All in all, it was a wonderful experience, and I look forward to dealing with Flemington BMW through the ownership of my gorgeous 328XI!

My Review of Flemington BMW:
Had been to other BMW dealerships in my area and was significantly disappointed with my experience (lack of follow-up, non-competitive price quotes, minimal knowledge sales staff). Went to Flemington BMW based on an Internet reference. Worked with Scott Smith (sales) and found him to be very considerate, knowledgeable and understanding to what I was looking for in a new BMW. Received a very fair offer for my trade-in and did not need to "haggle" to receive an agreeable quotation for the new car.

I enjoyed working with Scott (as well as Becky Kosar in the services/programs department) and would certainly recommend him to another person interested in purchasing a BMW. He made me comfortable and confident that my previous negative experiences with other BMW dealerships would NOT be repeated at Flemington BMW.

My Review of Flemington BMW:
We previously have been doing business with Morristown BMW, but after meeting Scott Smith this past winter, we knew we would change our dealership to Flemington.

Drove out to Flemington this past winter, because I was curious about Audi. Started seeing alot of them on the road, and just wanted to look. My lease on my 328 was not expiring until the following Sept.

Decided to stop in BMW, since it was across the street, just to look.

Scott was very accomodating, and spent all the time I wanted with us, and I knew I would be back.

In the months to come, Morristown started to pursue me, but I was honest, and told them I will be doing business with Flemington.

We came back and met with Scott(after driving Audi,Land Rover,Lexus) and leased my new 550.

He did everything I asked, and followed up immediately with me. Every question was answered,honestly and professionally.

He worked relentlessly searching for the color combination I wanted. When it was unavailable from a dealership, he tracked it down on a boat from Germany! The timing was perfect,from the lease end, to the delivery of the new one. It was a smooth and painless transition, which Scott was responsible.

Becky and Scott worked beautifully together. When it was time, Becky explained the paperwork perfectly, and answered every question we had.

The experience with Scott, Becky and Flemington BMW, was excellent, and I know I can call Scott anytime. (He put his cell phone number in my cell phone)

Since I am also in sales, I will be using Scotts salesmanship on my customers in the future!
