Regina Hogan at Faulkner Hyundai - Philadelphia

We visited Faulkner Hyundai for the first time today to have a standard recall completed on our 2010 Elantra and after purchasing our new car walked away commenting on how it was the best experience we have ever had with a dealership. My wife and I had been considering taking a look at a new Elantra with an automatic transmission. When we purchased our 2010 we visited some other dealers in a couple different states and had some questionable experiences. From the moment we dropped our car off for service and began exploring the new car lot the staff was extremely helpful and professional. Our salesman was extremely knowledgeable and gave us a very thorough walk thru of all the options available. After taking one for a test drive we headed inside where the sales team went to work to help us get the car we wanted for a price we could afford. The individual we dealt with in finance was extremely personable and gave us all our options. The facility was extremely clean and welcoming and the staff made you feel like you we're among friends.

My family recently had the pleasure, Yes, I did just write pleasure, of purchasing a used vehicle from Steve Buchanan at Faulkner Hyundai. From the moment I contacted Steve with my "wish list" of items we were looking for in a used vehicle, his response was immediate and professional. Not only did the car he suggest meet our criteria, it far exceeded our expectations. So much so we bought it on the spot. I can honestly say, without reservation, "I don't think I've ever had a more no hassle, enjoyable experience purchasing a car!"

Jonathan Palmisano does their internet sales and is excellent. We completed the details through email and phone calls and all I had to do was pick up my 2 new Elantras. Jonathan actually drove 20 miles to pick my wife and I up. Carlos in finance was also very good. He offered me extended protection and moved on when I declined. He was not pushy or hard sell. They gave me what I wanted at the agreed upon price. No bait and switch and no "magic numbers". Will the salesman who helped us in the showroom was very nice as well. He took the time to review all the guides and always was eager to answer any questions. I would recommend the Faulkner Hyundai team to anyone who asks. These two cars are my 6th and 7th Hyundai's and this was by far the best dealer I have ever used. They are a pleasure to do business with and treat you like a friend.

I needed to purchase a car to replace my 1999 Toyota Corolla that was finally retired. Having had positive experiences with Faulker over the years (my family and I have been customers since the mid-70s), I knew that I could go into one of their dealerships and get a good, honest deal. I decided to look into Hyundais this time because I had heard many good things about the brand. I did purchase a Hyundai and my experience at Faulkner Hyundai exceeded all my expectations. Rob Lewis, our sales rep, was great. He treated us like family. Regina Hogan, who did the paperwork, also treated us wonderfully. I not only felt that I got deal, but also, that I was a valued customer. I plan to have all my service done at Faulkner Hyundai and will also go there when it is time to get a new car. I would highly recommend this dealership.

My experience with Steven & Gina played a big part in my decision to purchase our Hyundai Elantra. They were courteous, friendly and very professional. I would certainly recommend them and the dealership to anyone. My husband and I were under alot of pressure with moving and all that goes with that. Steve gave us plenty of time to decide with out any pressure on his part. We love our new car

I cannot say enough about the wonderful people at this dealership. We initially contacted Jonathan via the internet to inquire about a new vehicle (as a very happy owner of a 2007 Sonata). Jonathan answered our questions and invited us into the dealership. We were greeted by Jonathan and Howard upon arrival. I cannot say enough about Howard. He was so knowledgeable about the vehicles, answered all of questions, came along on our test drive, etc. He was not at all pushy. Once we decided to purchase, we were greeted by Regina- who is just wonderful! Regina took so much of the often overwhelming feeling of applying for financing and worked with us every step of the way- putting our mind at ease and taking all of that stress away. Thank you also to Carlos who handled all of our closing paperwork so professionally.

Howard then took us through every aspect of the features of our new car, even going so far as to sit in the vehicle with us and walk us through everything from the engine to the trunk. He was extremely thorough with all of our paperwork. What a wonderful group of people. Mr. Rocchi you should be so very proud of these employees. They are truly one of a kind. After purchasing several other vehicles in the past- I can truly say this was the best experience- I will be back for service and will spread the word. I'll also be purchasing all future cars from this dealership!

I enjoyed my experience in purchasing my new 2013 Hyundai Elantra with Faulkner Hyundai. I knew that I wanted to purchase an Elantra, and Howard made that decision easier when he described all the different safety, and other features and advantages for the Elantra, and made me very comfortable during the test drive, allowing me to enjoy the car, and its features, and he answered questions as I had them. I did not feel any pressure at all in purchasing a car at Faulkner and the Howard, Gina and the rest of the sales staff made me feel at home and were understanding of my needs. When going through the financing process, Gina was very thorough with all the details and different warranties that Hyundai has to offer. The whole staff at Faulkner made the experience of purchasing a new car great and stress free and would recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks again, Faulkner.

This was a very plesant experience. Everyone was so friendly and nice, even the people that were not working with me but was present..they all were so courteous. Mike Dunn really made me feel that he was genuinely concerned and really showed that he wanted to help me drive off the lot in my new car. We tried for one particular car and due to my finances, I realized I would not be able to get that particular one. Mike Dunn found another vehicle with the similar features that I was interested in and he made it happen. I honestly feel that the original car I looked at was not the one and that the one Mike Dunn showed me next was truly the one for me. I am so happy with my brand new 2013 Hyundai Sonata. This is the car for me! I've never enjoyed an experience as much as the day I walked into Faulkner Hyundai. Mike was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and explained every inch of that car that I really didn't even need a manual. He knew everything about the Sonata from bumper to bumper. My experience with Regina was just as awesome. She explained every single detail of evvery piece of paerwork I had to sign. And did it in a way that it all made sense to me. Usually when it comes down to the paperwork,sometimes you really not sure what all the fine print is saying until you go home later and read it for yourself. But Regina explained everything so well at that moment, that it all just made sense. Just like Mike, Regina took her time with us and made sure we (husband and I)were clear about everything. Thise two people really made me feel like we were the most important people in there. I am very grateful that I had those 2 people walking me through this experience and that I was able to drive off the lot in my Beautiful Brand New 2013 Hyundai Sonata. Another thing I was really impressed with is the warrany that Hyundai offers..amazing. The BEST WARRANY I've ever heard of!

We were looking for a used car and sent for more information on a 2011 Hyundai Sonata and Jonathan quickly sent me back a quote for the used car, prices on other pre-owned cars and an excellent price on a 2013 Hyundai Sonanta. The difference was only about $600 so that was a great deal for a new car. I made an appointment for early Saturday morning and when we got there everyone was so friendly and just seemed to be happy to help. We then met Steven who is very knowlegable, friendly and just a really nice guy. We went for a test drive, came back worked out some numbers and they weren't pushy with that part. This is not my first time buying a car and they didn't make us feel pressured they knew what I wanted to spend and haggle with pricing or push us for more options or upgrades that would in turn make our montly payments more. Lastly, we worked with Regina who was just awesome, so upbeat and from the area, so it just makes you feel better. She knew her job and did it well. We walked out with a payment a little higher than I wanted, but definitely peace of mind that we got a great car with a great warranty. I think that's the most important part is to feel safe and feel good about what you spend your hard earned money on every month.

From the minute I walked onto the lot, until the time I was handed my keys I felt very welcomed and trusted my dealer. Never pushed anything on me and allowed me to look and decide on what was best for me at my own speed! All the employees I worked with were very helpful and considerate to me, as this was my first time leasing brand new! I would definitely recommend to family and friends!!
