They gave me an appointment for service BI also the

When I got there the service girl Holli Salazar told me that the car will have to stay there for 2 or 3 weeks because they were over capacity then I said to her well I need a loner because I live 50 miles from here, she said that she did not have a car for me because the were 15 people ahead of me waiting for a loner
Why they gave me an appointment if they were over capacity
I went to see my salesman Rene Garcia which i have buy many cars from to tell him about my problem and his answer was very nice ( I,m retiring)
I took my key and drove away
THIS IS TOTALLY UNACEPTABLE
